I can't😂😂I am interning as a receptionist and sometimes when we face difficult guest we call for our manager. My manager would always roll his eyes at the back office before facing the guest😂then after settling the guest he will start complaining about how dumb the guest request was.

This man has got some serious problems with hoteliers or that industry 🤦‍♀️

I work at the front desk at a economy hotel. We had a night shift attendant who in his first month had 3 formal complaints filed against him with the parent company. He was short more than once on the cash count. As far as I know, he never completed the tasks he was supposed to complete every night. He was eventually and mercifully for everyone else fired. We also had a different front desk attendant who relieved me from day shift and before I had a chance to grab my personal items, he went to the couch in the lobby and laid down. I saw him and yelled at him to “ get behind the counter and do your cash count, get your arrivals list ready and log in to the computer “. He had several other incidents and was fired after 2 weeks. Trust me , the employees don’t want these people there anymore than the guests do.

I M doing hotel management and this guy is doing the job that I think about the guests. Hatsoff
