Uncle Grumpy’s picture is by far the best. My photo review all the way from oil country Edmonton Alberta. Now that I picked the winner can I have Uncle Grumpy’s hat to keep my head warm and his Landscape Photographer of the year award to keep in the best province in all of Canada.

ISO is rightly explained! Now, I think you might finally get your wish! Because, I believe being part of the “Photographer of the Year” judging should include sacrifices we make to get the actual photographs. While your photos are amazing! You deserve Photographer of the Year for sacrificing yourself so much....... by putting up with grumpy’s juicy gaseous blasts! 😂 great job as always. I have to admit.... I miss it when I don’t see your videos, I love photography but, I also enjoy laughing in a world where stress creeps up. Thank you for sharing

I like shooting on “P” for Professional. I thought Av stood for Alcohol vapour. My favourite though is Tv for Terminal Velocity which should only be used whilst free falling during a parachute jump. It negates ever having to fork out hard cash for a drone.

@@fototripper I'm sorry but I have to correct Simon. "P" is for perhaps you will get a good shot and "Av" is for just an average shot. Tv is nothing to do with the photo, it just means you can view the shot on your TV later (if your TV has an SD card slot)

I think your shot is best because, like me, you like to tweak that black slider for more contrast, but don’t tell Adam. I think by rights should keep a hold of that trophy. It’s only fair. I mean, just look at that cloud in the distance and the kisses of light on the mossy grass to the right. Not even Thomas Heaton could pull that one off. I think Universal Photographer of the Year is in the bag for 2019 and perhaps a Sir Gavin in the New Years Honours List. Who knows.

Probaly the best intro I've seen of yours Yet LOl Had me laughing for a while, I've thought of some other explanations #A+ = Astro # P = Photoshop mode for when you need something taken out of a scene like power lines Etc # LCD =Laughable Contrast Display # AV = Aurora Variable as it's variable as to whether going to see it or not! # MENU = Men Eating Nothing Useful and of course # TV = TV Mode for when you get bored and want to watch TV :) :)
