I just visited Kingston. It’s kinda sad to so the difference a short drive away from here can be seen. But toronto and other parts of Ontario can have the same feel. The drugs and lack of attention is shocking . Come Canada we should be thriving together.
The beginning is not bad. at 4:43 just after the intersection on the right is one of the supervised drug shot up centres. You can also see a number of homeless tents. This area has had these people pissing and stealing stuff from the houses near by. Park on right ( former golf course also has homeless people once in a while. At 9:00 on left are subsidized housing ( Compton and Wilson street. This area can look a bit junkie. Low income thinking they do not have to have any pride in their housing. Some do make an effort. 10:"00 High-rise apartments are over priced . rentals . You skipped Virginia Street . Did they improve ? after 12:00 Divison St is a mixed bag. 13:30 I think that is Joseph ST . Do not want to live there . All in all a mixed bag. Some of the areas were not that bad. Others I would stay away from
