To be fair, the only thing out of that list that I've had is apple sauce, and although my childhood adored it, my newest psyche is less of a fan and gags at it TTnTT I have had apple cobbler once though, and it was so good, but I've never made it since, since it was made at a school TAG trip and I never learned the recipe since we were only allowed to each work on one thing.

If you’re a child or adult who cannot eat fruit because of the texture, and especially if you’re a parent of a child who can’t eat fruit, it might be worth consulting a Dr. One of my little sisters could never handle eating fruit, because of the texture. It would make her extremely uncomfortable and even ill. After we looked into it, it turned out that some kids can have an issue with their soft palette which can affect their ability to handle certain textures, typically fruits and certain vegetables. It can sometimes also cause babies and young children to be extremely dribbly babies. If that’s ringing a bell, your paediatrician or family Dr may want to refer you to a specialist for testing and to explore potential treatment options :)

Something that really pisses me off is that when he tried the blueberry first, he asks "this is a blueberry, right?" And then with the second fruit he's like "i know its a fucking grape." What every "Why I left Buzzfeed" video has shown is that Buzzfeed is a company that focuses on pumping out videos (because the algorithm, baby) and not on producing good content, so the people working for Buzzfeed never have any time to think up anything worthwhile. I understand that there are people who avoid certain foods for a variety of reasons including eating disorders, PTSD, mental illness, etc. But at the same time, this guy is just SO VERY VERY unlikable and it seems to be more personality than anything else. Like you can push yourself to try different things and there's nothing wrong with that but swearing at someone for serving you & encouraging you is just over the line.
