I bought that mouse around a year ago when it was only £5 and I don't use it anymore but it's super lightweight and is quite good for the price.

Well it depends on the games you would play and what settings you would play at but I would say around $800-1000 is pretty good.

focus on buying a good graphics card and gpu, the rest try to spend the least as possible and upgrade later on, (few months)

Mine was 350 (only the pc, I got the monitor and keyboard/mouse seperate) as I spent alot of time trying to find the best deals and sales, and the graphics are alright, maybe spend a bit more on a good gpu
