Whenever I see these videos of her.. I realize how talented I am as a my own “makeup artist” 😂😂

I am a licensed hairdresser, and makeup artist. But I don’t consider myself a “professional” makeup artist. Although, I have been licensed, I don’t have enough training to call myself a professional makeup artist.

Watching this makes me almost ill. I admire how she endured this...I could never. My "ick" when it comes hygiene is too high. Also, when I do make-up on a client, it should be an enjoyable experience. There is no need to rub, scratch or tug on the skin- ever! I always ask if they are comfortable multiple times during the application AND explain what I do, so they know what to expect and where I touch their face next. Communication is so important. Why not have a hand mirror to show the client during the process if they like what you did? I never saw any of this "MUA" use that.

The make up artist was actually complimenting her. She finds her pretty like a model. and if I am not mistaken towards the end when she said "Star Struck" I think she was referring to a reality TV program where they produce new artist. I think she meant she's that pretty that she could join that show.

This is gonna be an interesting start of my next therapy session. "I watched a video where this makeupartist sounded like my mom when saying their client's skin was shedding, that the client needed a jawline and did a shitty makeup jobb. Which the provider wasn't even interested in doing when she was "taught"." To be clear: I'm meaning this salty female "artist" not Robert who would do a great job and make me feel happy and pretty.

My sister asked me to do her makeup on her wedding along with the rest of the bridal party (I was maid of honour). I said thank you but no, trust me no. Just because you can do your own makeup does not mean you can do other people's. Plus I don't have enough products, hygiene equipment for mass use, and I don't know how to makeup for photos etc, especially for a wedding!

I am neurodivirgent. I would be having the worse panic attack having TWO people touching all over my face while arguing and snapping at each other. Like straight up screaming kinda panic attack.

I love Judy D but I wish she wouldn’t do some of these. I watch and I’m just like “ewww…” They are using USED mascara and lip colors on her and just 🤢 And I don’t know why all of these MUA’s hate her eyebrows. They are the perfect shape for her face

She is so much braver than I am. I’m a professional makeup artist (SFX more so than beauty) and sanitation is SO important. I always get so nervous when she goes into these places. It’s hard for me to think anything other than INFECTION 😅 We had a girl come into a small film production (it was the first film this production team made). She was going to do the beauty makeup while I did all of the wounds, her personal makeup was fire… it genuinely looked amazing. That being said, i thought I saw her use all of the same brushes and applicators to two people, but I didn’t say anything because I was working on my own actor and thought I probably just didn’t notice the change out… but I saw her going in on the third person and stepped in. There was zero sanitation or care. The first two actors were also made aware of what had happened. The whole thing was a mess. It was apparently her first pro makeup job, and I really hope she learned her lesson because she was truly talented. I also hope the production team learned a lesson on hiring as well 😅

That make-up artist is so rude! She sounds like she's Filipino based on her accent and a little bit of Filipino I'm hearing about how the stylist regretted using ugly blush (at around 10:58 it kinda sounded like "pangit yung ginamit ko/mo" which means "what you/I used is ugly") It's very common for them to talk shit...AMONG FRIENDS AND FAMILY! I think, out of all the stylists that have worked on my hair in the Philippines, only one person roasted and complained about my hair, but most of them are professional and nice, especially if they're working in a foreign country like the US. That make up is shoddy. That artist should go to a cosmetology school and learn efficient and actual good techniques. EDIT : Yeah they're definitely Filipino. They're talking about how the lips and the blush isn't blended correctly and looks ugly. Gosh、I do not have the patience this girl has.

I wonder how many refunds these people have to give? Or chargebacks? You couldn't pay me to pay for this. 🙃

Watching the second half of this reminds me of when I did hair and someone would interrupt your process to dictate how to do something. It never goes well (unless you're doing training and someone is meant to be teaching you).

I remember watching this one when Judy posted it and it was BRUTAL! Especially the glitter and the blush. Ok the lips were bad too. But Judy and glitter do not get along well.
