Do I hate the song? Yeah. Hell yeah. It's terrible. Do I hate her? No, not really... But, her being a bielieber, there's a bit of dislike there. That said... Who the fuck wastes 4,000$ on getting a song produced? I mean, unless she has zero talent on any instrument, I get why her mom would, but if she can play guitar or something, she could have just recorded her playing and singing... And it would cost nothing.

Honestly I think just because Rebecca sang a song that had a lot of haters hate on it, doesn't mean she should've been bullied or hated on. I mean there are many songs out there that people like and dislike. But over one song and she gets so much hate, to me that's ridiculous. I think Rebecca is talented and I mean so what if her song 'Friday' isn't liked by many people. At least she had the guts to sing the song and give it out to people. And it's not like she purposely wanted everybody to hear a song that she knew everybody would hate. She did what every other singer does, write songs, sing them, and let the world hear them. I'm proud that Rebecca was strong through all of this hate. This is all my opinion so yeah. This is just how I feel about Rebecca's song Friday.
She actually had a cold while she filmed this, she also did not want autotune on her video, but the people who filmed the video put it in anyway. It’s not her fault that she sounded like that, she actually is a good singer
While I'm by no means a fan of the song, this is FAR from the worst song ever. I've heard much worse songs. I'm gonna get hate for this but in my opinion, she's much better than Eminem and Nickelback (and I'm not jumping on the bandwagon. I don't dislike the music Nickelback makes. I dislike the lead singer's voice. The instrumentals are actually good). I'd rather listen to her over Eminem or Nickelback anyway.

To be a famous celebrity you will need people who hate and love you or else you won’t be famous being different makes you famous being normal won’t make you famous Rebecca Black is a really smart person because she created the song Friday which made her become rich. Normal people wouldn’t have the guts to be filmed and sing the song. Normal people would not want to try to sing and make a music video to become richer. To be rich and famous you have to work hard even though you have a lot hate. Rebecca Black stay strong and ignore the haters. The haters don’t have any education and respect to people. Those haters are bullies who know nothing but to hate people. If the haters have education, respect, and put them in your shoes they would be a fan not a hater instead. Fighting! 👍😀
the people involved in the production of her old song didn't autotune her voice on purpose. High pitch vocals and natural vocals, that is her real voice. She was not autotuned. OR THEY FORGOT TO AUTOTUNE (Which that would be funny) OR... they did it on purpose.
It’s her voice honestly speaking Rebecca has a better voice then me. My voice crack when I sing and is always off beat. Rebecca doesn’t crack but mine does.
It's quite funny when the media portrays most hatred as cyber bullying. She isn't being targeted, many critics have stated she has no voice, lousy lyrics and since this "viral " video had made no contributions.
For one this is by far the best song it deserves to be on the radio and she is so pretty so if you don't anything nice to say don't say anything at all simple as that

It sounds like high pitched because it's her natural voice it wasn't autotune at all. HOWEVER As far as i'm concerned i believe most singers wish to record their voices clean without the autotune. Unless you want it or for stethic purposes.

She was a teen things has change her voice has changed she didn’t deserve all the hate and the reason why her voice was different in the Friday song is because they used auto tune but she has a pretty voice.

She's not amazing, but she's certainly not a terrible singer. You can tell that she's getting voice lessons, which is definitely helping. Friday was awful, but My Moment wasn't too bad and is even getting played on the radio every now and then. I think as her voice matures she might actually become quite talented. She definitely is handling the public eye quite well, and fame will always carry ridicule with it. She certainly doesn't deserve hatred, but she takes it in stride. Kudos hon.

I’ll say this, how many ppl can make a flop that popular? It’s difficult. Yeah she went famous not for the hottest song but the most cheesy annoying song. It’s a song you play for your friend you had to drag out of the house telling them it’s Friday be happy, I’m taking you out then you play that cheesy song instead of a chart topper and they look at you and laugh then you turn it off and play lady Gaga or Justin B or whoever else. I do think think they were messed up for even being hung up Justin Bieber. Patrice Wilson is a terrible songwriter, and a terrible producer. Every song he touches is complete and utter crap. That said, Ms. Black isn't completely innocent either. Even after being heavily Autotuned, her voice is annoying, pitchy and sounds terrible. The song "Friday" does absolutely nothing right. With that in mind, Rebecca Black did not deserve any cyberbullying she received.

I agree that 'Friday' is the one of the worst songs ever, but I don't agree with the sentiment that Rebecca is the worst singer ever; in fact, she has a beautiful voice, although her voice in 'Friday' is irritating her voice in other songs such as 'My Moment' (a beautiful song, one of my guilty pleasures) is amazing.
