Hi, I chose them based by testing in every mode (some of them) by gun, armor, mobility, abilities and grind. The last part is important because there, in the grinding faze, you spend the most time with the tank unless you spend free experience- reputation to go to the next tank or tier. I like also T-14 but rarely is useful in PVE or PVP. However as I said, in real life- is a really good tank.
Allot of the early tanks ATGMs were barely coming into being. But with the Leopard 1 the designers believed that HEAT would become the dominate ammo type. So, they didn't bother to put armor on it. Cause steel is terrible at preventing penetration by HEAT and similar munitions. It would be the case for a while until nations developed composite armor that APDSFS become common place due to the composite reducing the effectiveness of HEAT and similar munitions. I remember when players had to learn which rounds were used for what targets. Players were rewarded with learning this knowledge. But the devs reworked the vehicles and the damage they could do so it was no longer what type of rounds you should use. Instead, being throw enough crap at the wall and eventually enough will stick to kill the target. Autocannon equipped vehicles and the players operating them were rewarded for being sneaky and flanking positions. Devs reworked that so it's more throw enough crap at the wall and eventually enough will stick to kill the target.
I personally like the L2A6. Extra Penetration, reload rate and turret armour(which can be helped with applique) helps with up teirs compared to the M1A2C. Most importantly for me, the hard kill APS on the leopard is VASTLY cheaper than the Abrams, and recharges way quicker. My least favourite tank in the entire game is the weisel TOW. Seriously, what is it supposed to do, especially against something like a Sargent York in PvP or fragile Ramkas in PVE
Oh yes, I call it FFS instead TTB. After full development it isn't so very bad, just annoying. Problem is that tank requires much more exp than any other TX and ready rack has so long reload times. I'm ending grind as I need only 100k exp for M48GAU.

E in opinia mea. Leopardul de 9 nu e perfect. T14 e usor de omorat si nu are alpha damage mare. Poate bubuii usor in PVE is PVP Vs alte tancuri. Criteria pe care am mers a fost la total din orice punct de vedere. O sa ai si tu toate tancurile si ai sa observi pe parcurs ce e bine si ce e nu.
If you play like EVERYBODY ELSE, of course you'll get your ass kicked! Modern armor fights at LONG RANGE! Most of you fight at SHORT RANGE! You sound like one of these clowns that take everything up close, when you should be fighting from long range!
Hello & thank you for the feedback! Commander, in this game Armored Warfare, just the some AFV, TD & LT are for close range and the same goes for long range action. However, some tanks due to their lack or armor, mobility, abilities, poor design and weapons, makes them quite hard to play with them from both ''modes of range''. Judging me or others from playing ''too close'' doesn't make you a clown but an *aggressive* *player*. Ex.. If I like to play aggressive with STRV 2000 or Obj 490 this doesn't means I'll play the same with K2 or Leclerc. If I play aggressive with Hunter AFV this does not means I'll play the same with a ..
