Unfortunate you've been dealing with these inconsiderate folks. Hope they didn't take any parts and that u don't have to shell too much $ for the engine issues/overheating
Since the customer returned the car late. And you had another booking, Does Turo reimburse you for loss of the next trip? The customer you had to cancel?
They hear the engine and think "Let's see how fast we can do" or to just show off to their buzzed passengers. Since it isn't their car, they think there is no problem. It's a don't care. Then the check engine came on. They take it to their boy's house to look at it but they stare at an open hood with plastic engine covers, which is pointless. They tell their girl (the actual renter) to just ignore your text messages until they fix it. The dog hair is a pit bull based on the amount of small hairs. Great thing you didn't go by yourself. If they are ignorant to do all those things, they may have sized you up in person. 1000% agree. Its not worth it. But...wait until they see that credit card bill!! Her credit is now hit bad all because of some fools.
This is why I don't want to list any of my cars on Turo. I take care of all my cars and people have no respect for others property. Any time I rent on Turo I treat it like if it was my own car.
I would never rent from u on Turo.. U too nosey and I think u may be going overboard with the way and manner u invade ur customer’s privacy.. u should not be in the Turo Business Bro! Real Talk. Maybe try Moving Truck Rentals or something like that.😮😊
How did you get the key back and the car? I know you called the cops but then what’s the next step? Do the cops knock on the door and get that keys from the guest?
I felt all of that WTF @ 03:23 💀 beware of ALL staggered reservations. When you decline it it’s always some issue with getting your car back. Get that money Tony! 🤝🏽
@@TonyLuxuryCars yes you just call Turo and tell them you’d like to cancel the reservation. After that tell them you would like it not to affect your metrics because your uncomfortable with the person renting the vehicle. Then just confirm with them that it won’t affect your metrics.
You already knows what comes when you rent out your vehicle you know people are going to do shit so just have your insurance deductible ready and be done with it
n Nah man this is ignorance above and beyond the call of duty right here. This is the reason car rental companies give people such a hassle renting cars. There is no excuse for this foolishness
Idiots like you is who turo caters to smh deductible does not cover engine issues, the host has to fight like hell to get some kinda compensation. Turo makes it too easy for renters to the point they’re putting their hosts at risk for the sake of making a quick buck.
