We will end up avoiding the whole of the UK. Let's focus on the courses we came to study in the UK. Excel in your studies and make out personal time to get relevant certifications and volunteering opportunities that will position one to get good job after graduation. Employers will not hire half-baked graduates when there are plenty to choose from.

But the truth is that many people don't put a lot of effort in their studies. They are focused on low-paying care jobs, miss most of their lectures and don't even bother with self-study, certifications and other experiences that will prepare them to get professional jobs after graduation. Some did very minimal work at school and collected every resit possible and therefore, they lack confidence to undertake professional jobs even if they get the job. If only we can focus our efforts on professional development and acquire all the skills and abilities required for higher roles.

I don't agree with Aberdeen except things has changed now.Aberdeen has alot of professional jobs then in 2011-2012 while I was in Glasgow. More Oil and Gas jobs but it is competitive.

But we need to consider the tuition of these cities. I believe it all depends on your strategy. You could actually accept admission from universities in these places but seek jobs in neighbouring cities. Job opportunities are competitive every where. Just work on self development

Coventry 😮There are jobs part time and full time jobs in Coventry even now getting part time job is becoming difficult especially warehouse but when its peak season u can see part time ..People come from Birmingham and liecester to Coventry to work.There are more part time jobs in Coventry than Birmingham for me though. But there are more full time professional jobs in Birmingham than Coventry though there are in Coventry buf not as much as Birmingham. I think you should have mentiones Northampton, Northampton is expensive they dont have many paŕt time or full time jobs..Many of us schooling at Northampton live in Coventry,Birmingham and other cities some even come from london😅And some schooling at Birmingham living in Coventry.

There are lots of part time jobs in Plymouth. Mostly in healthcare though. But if you’re looking for full time opportunities in professions other than care then you should run from Plymouth

There is no jobs in Luton, i studied at university of Hertfordshire for my msc and struggled to get a job in Luton Sometimes i dont work in months, avoid luton at all cost, I had to move to Birmingham and quite settled now

As for Aberdeen, indeed there are lots of jobs here but highly competitive, you must be very good in that profession before you can be employed. I school and work in Aberdeen, when on holidays,I got 3 different jobs, as a Support Worker, social worker and a care assistant, I have got friends working in other profession in the same Aberdeen. I made a whole lot. To me Aberdeen shouldn't be on that list.

@ernestanonde3218 Yeah, you are right, but social work is a professional job, and that's my main job, I only did care and support work with agencies. What may work for one may not work for another. Some persons living in cities with that jobs are still complaining. It depends bro. The hustle continues.
