I am pretty sure at the Tabzz clip Ezreal was scripting , the ult on Xayah's back was perfectly timed, which is a part of scripting programs for champs with global ults.
Highly unlikely, considering you have to account for the travel time , the status of the recall and such, the timing was dead perfect any 0.1 seconds later and he would have healed out of range. And if Ezreal had vision of his back why didn't he ult them at the tower?
Sand Mand i used to script myself until i got the ban hammer on my main, but trust me, the scripts tell you the exactmoment the enemy starts recalling, even without vision, and if you allow it, it will make your ult reach their base the moment they get there
