Agreed. For the time period of the match and the time.of the figure release the world was a much different place than it is now. Those kind of things weren't frowned upon like they are now

​@MissWWEFan13 you need to realize it's a different time now than it was then. Back then that wasn't racism especially when bad new brown loved the whole thing. You should also do some home work on the figures you've reviewed. Andre is based on when he was alot smaller and had his fro Eddie is meant to resemble LJN figures from the 80s and as for him being the only one who looked like.that they were all like that and all meant to look more animated than realistic hence why the unmatched fury eddie is different. It's meant to to resemble a McFarlane style sports figure. Anyways your choices are terrible and you should really do your homework on not only figures but wrestling in general before you make anymore reviews like this one.

Yes I did read about that! I think I read that the water made it worse or something like that when trying to take it off (don’t quote me on that but I did read his interview) and he had to go through TAS like that 😂

So, the history of black face is actually pretty bad if you read up on it. And before making this video I wanted to make sure I was correct in the situation and it was actually very controversial during the time. There were actually many magazine articles and a few newspaper articles written on it during that time (none of it being good things)

Did I ever say LJN figures were bad? 😂 they are some of the rarest and most expensive figures on the market for wwe action figures. I literally said numerous times that the figures were good for the time but the Andre one was just a mess.

I get the intention. He was trying to say he is the man of everyone. He was trying to be the man of unity. I get it. The intention was good but in the end…it doesn’t age well and it should have been thought out more especially with the size of the company. Black face and many other things in history are meant to stay in the past.

Also other quick thing…before I made this video i watched interviews about that time. I think you may want to re watch this.
