About Gabby's crackling, I have it as well. Feels like a rapid muscle contraction when I hear loud high pitched noises. It's similar to rubbing one finger on a leather drum. It's more common when I've been on a silent environment for a while (like after waking up) then it usually disappears. Curiously enough I feel it on my left ear when I hear stuff with my right ear. When I was a kid, my way of controlling it is by just covering my right ear. I have the impression that is the ear equivalent of eye floaters. You just learn to live with it.
It was so sweet how the group is trying to give dating advice for Alex. I know a guy who has trouble understanding what women mean because women have a habit of saying things and expecting a guy to know what they mean. So, I try to act as his female translator. It's hilarious when I tell him, and I can see it click. Having seen how guys struggle, I try to be better about it

No I have to say I do get where Ellis and Alex are coming from, and I did notice that Gabbie was leading with a lot of "don't do this" rather than "do this", which isn't helpful. Definitely do not want to be back in the dating pool if my wife and I ever divorce.

I don't like how much I feel like alex for that dating discussion. Ben on a couple of dates with 1 person, Felt nothing and just can't bring myself to open any conversation with people I don't already know.
