Very impressed with the frame and canopy quality. And oppose to the custom inverted beta frames with batteries up to, this carries bigger batteries below very well.

Hi Justin, Great video. Watched it a few times. I just purchased one a few months ago and hopefully you’ll be able to answer a few (hopefully) simple questions: (1) Did you ever post your PIDs for the A85 Caddx Vista version? (2) I’ve only flown it using 3S batteries and I found that the batteries do get warm. Is that normal for this quad on 3S? Thanks, Sam

Hey Justin, just received my A85 from Banggood after seeing this review. I suck at proximity and figured this quad might work for me. I opted for the analog model but it arrived with minimal instruction and the bind button isn’t exactly jumping out at me so I’m stuck at binding it to my QX7. This is my first Iflight quad. I’ve only bought Emax quads til now. Do I have to disassemble it in order to bind? Thanks for all the informative reviews.

Hey it's an old video but i have the dji goggles v2 and the "old" black bulkier DJI fpv remote control. Would you recommend the a85 hd? Or something else in the same price range? I heard good things but worried about the camera when it gets a little darker.

you should measure the decibels of each drone. People are sometimes searching for the most silent drone, or compare drone to drone and that would be a good figure

Damn so hard choosing next drone. Between this, cineking or queen.. cine pro 4k.. Once I break current cheap cinewhoop Update Broke cheap cinecan and got cinepro 4k.. but thinking queen might been better with 3" props. Im try put 2.5" on cinepro without guards

Definitely some disclosures needed. Did he pay for it with his own money or who supplied the drone/gear? iFlight and Geprc amongst others are sending him a constant supply of drones and gear to review so don't expect him to be overly critical and bite the hands that feed him. You should find as many reviews as you can before making a purchase to eliminate the bias.

Hey did you figure this out? If not, fatsharks won’t work with the digital cam Caddx vista/nebula, or DJI air unit, but the analog version will. Just make sure you get the correct one. As for the Tx(if you don’t already have one) I like the Taranis x-lite. I like it a lot. I’ve had full size Tx in the past and prefer the more compact design. BetaFPV also has a neat little Tx(Frsky compatible) for less than a 3rd the price. I’d get it if I didn’t already have the X-lite.

Bad cable management between propeller and motor cables. 1mm clearance between propeller and motor cable. iFlight knows that but ignores this massive design flaw.

@@dronecamps I'm sorry, maybe to rough. Still, this is something that no one tells, and it might be a deal breaker. Really, I just't can't justify why they haven't solder those wires from the back side of the frame. The thing is, that you need to solder an extension wire to each of motor wires and re solder those to make sure you won't have your motor wires cut after any landing that is a bit off than perfect as the whole frame bends a lot (which is totally fine)
