i got to sample rose couture today ,compared to armaf imperial it is softer, less creamy, less complexed ,less nauced and less vanillic , its just not as expensive smelling and beastmode as armaf to me . i also sampled prive rose by asdaaaf and armaf imperial still wins., its such a beautiful and unique perfume.

👋 hi! Could you please share your opinion about Armaf Imperial. Does it need time to macerate to become creamy and vanilla? I just got it 2 days ago and by now it’s been very tart and NO creaminess nor vanilla… Im confused as the comments on it are totally different…
I own Delilah Lattafa and Taraf White Zimaya. And I bought decants of Armaf Imperial and Asdaf Prive Rose. Delilah used to be so-so for me in the beginning but after 6 months it became such a WOW balanced scent and my husband prefers it to Delina og that i own. Taraf White is really nice but it hasone note that I don’t like it gives ne hairspray vibe… I was so excited about Armaf and Asdaf but it’s not at all what i heard people said about them… So I’m wondering do they need to macerate for a longer time to become their best?
@@catherinene1111 Hi Catherine, I actually own both Armaf imperial and Delilah so this is my experience. My Delilah was beautiful straight out the box , I didn’t need to let it sit / mature ( I think new batches need to sit tho, mine was an old batch). Delilah is softer, less harsh than imperial especially at the opening, easier to wear year round and a safer blind buy than imperiale. When I got my imperiale, I didn’t like it, it was bitter, and had gasoline smell but I let it sit for a month and it became so creamy and delicious, but the opening still remained a quiet bitter . I think for most people the opening will be the most challenging part of imperiale even after having it for 6 months it’s still lil harsh especially if you smell it on your skin , it smells better in the air. Rose couture smells very similar to Armaf now that I have let my sample sit for two weeks, it’s creamy, rosy and delicious, but also less astringent/bitter and more delicate than Armaf. Rose couture will be easier on the nose for most people. So I classify Delilah and Rose couture as the delicate princess perfume while Armaf imperiale is the strict queen 😄. I also sampled asdaaf prive rose but hated it , I didn’t like the direction it took, it’s lighter ( less vanilla) compared to imperial and more soapy.

My order of Khadlaj Rose Couture EDP arrived today. Beautiful presentation and beautiful fragrance. I didn’t test it yet but its aroma is strong so there should be no longevity issues. I love rose 🌹 notes in fragrances so I am super excited ❤

I have both the Khadlaj and Armaf one. Armaf yet to be opened. Khadlaj one was very confusing at the opening it was literally a rose bomb,and these kinda red pinkish roses you get in summer, just very rosy. Then a few hours later, I had forgotten what I sprayed and I kept wondering what smelt so nice, it was Khadlaj. It is a good perfume if you can withstand the opening.

@AFragrantGlance aside from Rose Couture, I have also have Ombre Notes, Oud Noir, Sensous Night from Khadlaj, so far I am enjoying the Sensous Night. In order of preference for me, its Sensous Night, Rose Couture, Ombre Notes and Oud Noir. They are all very good though.
I have some of them on my wishlist to test them, can't wait to try them! 🥳 I'm just starting to explore this brand but so far I'm impressed with their fragrances.

Hi, I think I will try Rose couture, I used to have sensuos night, it was nice but it did give me hair spray vibe which did bother me. From Khadlaj at the moment my favorite is Nuha:)
To me it's a gentle creamy sweet rose (especially in the heart & dry down), I don't detect at all oud in this scent, as for incense I don't remember getting much, compared to CDN White Imperiale it's softer and more easy to wear. Thank you for watching 🤗🌹

I have flor oud and rose couture..i love rose couture more..am not sure why i haven't enjoyed flor oud. I think its the oud in it,i don't like oud at all
The performance of Rose Couture is average, decent longevity on skin above 4-5 h, it stays closer to the skin however it's smoother, Club de Nuit White Imperiale performs very good, more than 6h on my skin and on clothes for days, it also projects great but it's a tad sharper. I purchased two Khadlaj fragrances from this series and frankly feel a bit disappointed right now. The Sensuos Night is beautiful BUT has a longevity of 15-20 minutes max as a skin scent only on me. The Ombré Notes perfume smells good in the opening BUT soon after my olfactory sense picks up an Oud accord which smells very funky, much like the one in Pearl Oud EDP. So I put both fragrances back in their boxes and stored them away for a while. I hope both will improve when I revisit in a few weeks or months. Thank you for watching dear! 🤗🌹 To me the creamiest, sweetest & the most dense is Imperiale but only after it gets to sit for a while and only from the heart to the dry down, in the opening I still detect a citrusy touch but as it develops it gets much sweeter. Rose Couture follows a very similar direction, it's a tad less spicy and softer than Imperial, if you find it for a good price and you love the DNA of Imperiale it's worth it for sure!
I haven't tried Delina La Roseé but looking at the notes that one seems like the lightest and brightest of all 3 Delinas, to me this one is very similar to the DNA of Delina Exclusif. Thank you for watching 🌹❤️
If you are looking for a very realistic benzoin I recommend you L'Exatase Rose Absolue by Nina Ricci if you can still find it and enjoy rose, it's a beautiful representation. Other beautiful warm ambery fragrances are Amber Grand by Paris Corner (their take on Grand Soir but done in beautiful luxurious way), Mystic Aura by Parfume (a very realistic yet complex warm melting resins smell, but it doesn't remain warm), Calligraphy Rose by Aramis (rose, myrrh & saffron), Click Song by Une Nuit Nomade (a very complex and multifaceted rose absolue with warm resinous nuances and lots of other facets) and Majd al Sultan by Asdaaf (spicy, resinous & balsamic). These were the first ones that came to my mind, look them up and see if anything sounds like something you'd enjoy. ✨️ Thank you for watching ❤️

I only have the rose couture..ben wondering if i need to add armaf one because with my DNA its perfect especially the first boom of rose...the first few hours are my favorite. The dry down is not very rosy but i still enjoy it.
I like my armaf more in a cold weather,it is less sharp more creamy or maybe is starting maturating after couple weeks? I have orientica dupe of delina exclusief and prefer is is fresher clean but armaf can stay too in my collection.
I think it's because of maceration, the sample I got was much more creamy and smooth and when I first smelled the fragrance from the full bottle it was more citrusy and a tad sharper but as it got to see it got richer and creamier and the heart notes shine more. Thank you for watching dear 🌹❤️
