I want to try doing my full cover tips with poly gel. Not just an overlay, but also using it to adhere the nail to my natural nail. I'm pretty good at using gel to adhere them, but I think it would be easier to use poly gel. No bubbles and you don't have to hold the nail while curing. I have bought the poly gel, now I just need to use it! Thank you for such a detailed and informative video!

I love watching your videos, you are so thorough and describe different products and techniques so well. Thank you. I have long natural nails, but they are very flat. I am not sure what product would be best to build a nice apex/shape, but thinking I would like to try full over tips or a thick builder gel. As a beginner, I find the runny builder gel too difficult to work with. Thanks again for the fantastic content ❤

Thank you for that suggestion. I have bought some Polygel, just have not given it a try yet. Would you suggest using dual forms to obtain the apex/shape ? I am also worried about removal without soaking in acetone. Would peel base work with Polygel?

@@stephaniecartwright9495 you could use dual forms or since you have natural long nails, you could just apply it directly on your nails. I haven’t tried peel base with poly gel, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work! Maybe just use extra since pg is thicker?

After watching Marla’s video I purchased these. My first time ever apply tips of any sort. These are amazing! I have them on now and it’s been 8 days and still looking great. I didn’t even put polish on just to see how strong they are perfection. Now how do I fill them and then eventually remove them😁

Rubber base doesn’t give strength like builder gel. It is a gel base, but a bit thicker. It is stickier and is great for people who have issues with lifting!

I have the same full cover tips. Mine all have numbers on them. The numbers are closer to the tip of the nail, it's hard to see but they are numbered.

I am wearing those tips in square attached with regular nail glue. Looking for a quicker soak off, non sticky builder gel seemed for me to take forever to remove. I want to try almond tips to see how they look on me although I am not really a Fan. I am a sqoval gal.

If you use sticky tabs, yes! Maybe with nail glue as well? But definitely not using gel to adhere them unless you have peel base underneath
