The only one I've heard of is Kyosho, which is a fraction of the price. Unfortunately I've never seen one up close so I couldn't attest to the quality. Also, I'm fairly sure the Kyosho has been out of production for a while so you'll probably have to trawl the secondary market.
I usually get at least one other variant (as I'll show in the next video) but my dissatisfaction with the F355 prevented me from picking up the yellow one. At that price point, it really should have been better made especially considering what TLVN is capable of making.
@@jimsmagnificentminiaturemo3235 I agree that the f355 casting is below what I’d expect from TLVN, its still better than any kyosho/hotwheels etc out there.
I think it helped that I bought mine in a bricks-and-mortar store as opposed to the online merchants, or that I'm also based in Asia. I could just be lucky, I guess. But consider how much more it cost than the NSX (bought from the same store, also made by TLVN) I really had to wonder if it was worth it.
imo this is probably the worse ferrari released in the TLV line up, reason being is the wheels are just totally wrong lol. the NSX is much better value and is a much more replicated TLV than the F355
