This is my most favorite diecast channel. U guys are doing a great job with the reviews. Pls keep up the good work. Could not agree with you anymore, auto art is gradually loosing its charm both in craftsmanship aswell as their workmanship, specially with their composite line. Would really appreciate if u cud review some 1:18 schuco like vw beetle or the porsche carrera and so on. Thanks again guys. Great work!!!
You've just made our day with your comment, thank you! We currently don't have any Schuco in either of our collections, but Kev recently acquired some beautiful old-school 911s! We should do a review of those soon. :)
3:49 All that is needs to fix that wobbly rear wing is to simply tighten slightly the two small screws that holds it, not too tight, and then adjust it as you wish. :)
yeah the lights look very bad.spoiler feature is awesome .its better of with the glassy central console because minichamps paint job on the central console was not up to the mark.awseome carbon fiber roof top.
I just received mine, but the gloss white one. I need to know how to fit the wind reflectors (small part) on the top of the windscreen? Furthermore, do you know that one can remove screws underneath the bottom to open the boot and reveal the engine? But not sure which screw to remove. 🙂
To be honest, we've never toyed around with the wind reflectors! Too tiny for our fat fingers! Regarding the clamshell, check out our channel. We have a video with specific instructions on how to reveal the 918's engine.
If you are a big fan of the 918, then you should seriously consider it. We still think it's better than the Minichamps 918 in terms of fine detail and execution, and you can't tell it's plastic as long as you don't touch it. :)
