I love how Ted is so awkward and shy in person but when he sings he literally becomes a maniac with the voice of a god, pouring water all over himself. Brilliantt.
@@sandygrungerson1177 you forgot that the whole point of the episode is, that she was a competent doctor/expert even without all that cheating she did in the video.
The point of the episode was personal growth through struggle, or "fake it till you make it." Elliott decided to act like a competent doctor and in the end became a competent doctor (shes shown giving a lecture at the end of the episode)
God damn I miss Scrubs. Except for season 9. Sam Lloyd is a genius, no one could have played Ted better than he did. One of thr best characters in Scrubs I rate him higher than the janitor every time.
"SHE'S A MANIAC! MAAAANIAAAC, ON THE FLOOR! AND SHE'S DANCING LIKE SHE'S NEVER DANCED BEFORE!!" lol it never occurred to me how funny this song actually was
@McBane10 "Therefore, Mr Langley's pancreatitis is most likely secondary to gall stones. " *Elliot Interrupts* "Wrong-o, Perry! Mr Langley's pancreatitis is most likely due to type one familial hyperlipoproteinemia as demonstrated by the eruptive xanthomas on his Achilles tendon"
it can cut you like a knife, if the gift beCOMES the fire, On the wire between will and what will be (bababababah!) She's a maniac maniac on the floor. ...what a song
Actually, 1 minute before this happens Ted tells JD that they're no longer called Worthless Peons because a dutch metal band sued them, so they're now going by the name FogHat :P
I particularly liked how you unenthusiastically put in notes with the lyrics at seemingly random points of the song. Not only that, but obviously the peon's version differs slightly (music into light) from lyrics you posted. Good job!
It really was. Between the crib notes hidden everywhere you can think of, Sarah Chalke’s physical comedy, the Worthless Peons absolutely nailing the song, and Ted dumping water all over his head, it was one of the greatest scenes in show history (and yet, it’s completely underrated).
I love this clip, and yes Ted pouring water over himself just compliments the song so well that it's twice as hilarious. One note: the captions aren't entirely correct. Locking rhytms to the beat -> Locking rhythm with the beat Changing movement into -> Changing music into Of course then the rest of the captions are missing, so I suppose it hardly matters :p
@MrVillyOdin THANK YOU VILLY, you have been a great help. Your efforts in attaining this vital information will not go un-rewarded (except that it probably ((and when i say probably i mean defnitely)) will not be rewarded in any way, shape or form)
