I got one today and I am thankful I watched you put the handle on yours......I certainly wasn't so sure how much pressure to use but once I saw how yours snapped in it was a snap!!!! Thanks. I love it.
@@harrison4803 I have discovered I am so much better at seeing how something is done than reading the directions! Good grief it only took 65 years to figure that out!!!!!!
@@tonithomas4544 Just saw your post, Toni! Sorry! As a retired engineer, I love to read the instruction manuals but watching someone still helps a lot! Thanks for watching!
Thanks , if it wasnt' for you this hedge trimmer would have been returned today. The accompanying pictogram instructions are useless. PUTTING ON THE FRONT HANDLE was a mystery to me until I watched you
James, glad I could help. As a retired engineer, I used to prepare these kind of manuals, so maybe I have some insight as to what is meant? Sad but true!
If ANYONE can tell me how to replace bolts, washers, spacers, nuts, and blades I am forever in your debt. I removed blades to sharpen, kept all pieces (listed above) together, but now I can't get nuts to secure to the bolts...been at this for days and NO help from Worx CS.
@@harrison4803 They are just basic finish lock nuts, but will not tighten. I kept all pieces together (nut, spacer, washer, bolt), or so I thought. But, if possibly the bolts/nuts were not all the same size, I've tried every combination of pairing them with no success.
Hank, my 2016 battery is still running pretty well. There is a way to take them apart and replace the bad batteries, if you have a star bit to take them apart. It is so much more convenient to not have to deal with a cord!
Is there any place that I can bring it to locally to check it out. I have taken it apart and started from scratch several times but can’t get it to operate. Totally frustrated. I live in Cinnaminson, NJ 08077.
@@salvatorecolangelo1827 I am not a fan of publicly complaining, but due to unsatisfactory customer "support", online assistance, and information included in owner's manual, I am reluctant to purchase another WORX product in the future.
Not pleased at all. I have had the unit for a couple of months and cannot get it to run. I brought it to Home Depot to see what I am doing wrong ion the set up but they wouldn’t help me. I have many Worx products and have been pleased with them all. The hedge trimmer is the only thing that I am having a problem with.
Sorry to hear that, Salvatore! I have had great success & just used it, this week, to trim 4 large boxwoods! I'm sure you know to push the trigger & the holding handle, at the same time get it to run?
