I just got to read the comments which were interesting. Ever since Captain Ron this machine I’ve wanted it. I really like seeing the latest on this WOS company. I guess if anything changes had to be made it’d probably be the sensitivity of the buttons for the power or voltage, other than that it seems like a bad ass machine. Awesome video Capt. Ron!!
Nice Pins.. but that connecting rod is very easy to break.. if you accidentally tattoed on a hard object, that connecting rod will start to have a wobble.. and gives you an instant "give" without buying these accessories
My friend have e60 and he accidentally drop his machine while tattoing, not that high, the needle hits first and the connecting rod is not stable anymore it started to get noisy and not punching hard as before..
I'm going to buy that rebound kit. Indeed, I find that the e60 hits hard and I think it will simulate more of a rebound similar to that of a coil machine? I miss that feeling
The mechanism of connecting rod is not durable as standard cam wheel.. if you tattooed on a hard object all that impact will affect your connecting rod and it will get loose and eventually it will cause an wobble.. that means you will get instant "give" even if you dont buy these accessories 😂 so be carefull and dont try to tattoo an iron skin
For all of you criticizing the connecting rod let me tell you that your $1,300 FK irons Flux , Flux Max , Exo and FK One pen machines have this same rod system ,,, if you need a picture of the inside of a Flux Max let me know i got’em
We already know that.. WOS is not Fk irons are they? 🫢 thousand $ cheaper?.. that horrizontal rod will eventually wear specially when working on bigger mag, harder hitting stroke.. why don't post a video that those rod wobbles and it affect the real 'stroke' and 'give' of the machine..anyway they have spareparts, just buy them.. goodluck people who are saving some money with this machine..i want to see a follow up review after a couple of months.. bad thing my friend just returned his broken e60 couldn't have time to post it on internet.. remember when it gets loud that rod is damaged..
You said earlier ur homie dropped his and broke it. Now ur saying its gonna fail after using a big mag.....with the high stroke. Its a shame he ddnt have 'time' to post a video.
Hello friend. I see your concern and want to talk about my design concept here. The material we use to design the drawbar for the machine is aviation aluminum alloy which is very hard. That little shaft is bearing steel very hard. If your machine falls to the ground while it is running. It could hit the tip of a needle. Damage to the tie rod. You can buy a CAM separately and replace it. It only costs a few dozen dollars. He's cheap. We worked hard to design the machine to make it stable and durable. But for the anti-fall function is temporarily very helpless. There's no way to avoid it. We will use convenient aftermarket parts to solve it. Thank you for your valuable advice.
And the problem I see with the $1000 plus machines are the proprietary batteries. If that smart battery fails, so does all your fancy settings right? With the WOS fam they are easily swapped. Love mine and for the price too? Killer. Thanks for the vid Ron. Looking forward to try mine with gradient shading.
i have a nice question. . when using a "tougher/harder" membrane cartridge, isn't it that the "give" will just absorb it by the cartridge? i mean how strong is that spring? is it strong enough to push the needle out? that wont absorb it by the "Give" rebound system?. . some cartridge wont run without jumpstart because of the harder membrane. . sorry for my English but hope you get it. .
Each one has a different travel.....#5 will push in more than the #1 will. So it's just a little more absorbing the needle will do inside the skin. The E60 is VERY powerful so it ain't gonna have any trouble pushing any cartridge. I recommend wathcin the video some more because I'm pretty sure I cover everything in the video
@@cappn_ronaldo yes i've seen the entire video i just dont understand, so bassically the spring is the one that is pushing the needle out right? With that force and the resistance of the cartridge membrane, then the give wont be there anymore or lets say just a half of it depend on cartridge.. oh man i can't say no more..this is some serious science 😅 i will just buy it im so curious.. 😆 flux max has no spring but has a "give" im so confuse 🤔
@@cappn_ronaldo i know its a strong machine, i like it.. i think i will use it using the normal pin.. thank god its on sale at ShopeeTH right now.. maybe i'll grab the e70 because i have a small hand e60 kinda look like a D*** for me 😂
@BooyooyTV yeah it's not true give like a coil...its just puts a lil more cushion between the cartridge and the pushrod. It's a sense of give and it really puts more feel in the machine. The 5 is really fun to shade with.....make some really smooth shades
Direct drives dont have any "give" the only machines that have TRUE give are coil machines. The back spring will flex/absorb and react to the impact of the needle hitting the skin. While its absorbing that impact the needle will stay in the skin a little longer depositing more ink in softer more efficient manner versus a direct drive rotary thats going to complete its cycle regardless of whats in the way. Its gonna fly into the skin and fly out. Thats why normally you will see "give" in quotes when talking about it in a rotary cuz its a sense of give but not true give like a coil machine has.
A direct drives gonna be alot more dependent on hand technique (pressure , speed etc. etc.) Having give is very beneficial but its sometimes looked down upon by some because the thought of depending on give isnt as respectable as having a developed hand technique. Hopefully someone can word it a little better then me here in this thread. Thanks for watching my friend
You can get a give from the way you stretch the skin or not stretch. I can make buttery soft shadings with my bishop liner. Hand technic is a must to but this extra give will be in help in certain moments. Long trow and soft hit will be awesome for blackout quick application technic.
Hi, I have now received my E60 and I really like it! Very powerful beast!😎 But unfortunately you can only set the stroke to 3.4mm instead of 3mm and instead of 5mm you can only go up to 4.6mm. I measured this very precisely in my laboratory using a caliper. I already told Tony and he apologized and admitted that they noticed this production error and that they will correct it in the next batch. Anyway, how about this give? Can you use the same liners with it as without give, or does it limit the impact?
