I have their slide version and one of earbud stopped workşng and they don't care about it. Sorry I can't even see those scammers. Thanks so much! I do have my frustrations- mainly I wish the side openings opened a LITTLE wider- but despite that I use it very often because it just holds so much and is very protective. That's even without all the add ons, but it's really been able to do a lot more than other bags I have. Not the bag I'd grab for a casual day out, but I bring it on jobs with more gear all the time. Also, top notch materials- no worries there in terms of value for money :)
