Yes, it’s being buff to the point that the armor is literally impossible to be pen by most TierX TDs with standard rounds. Actually might be all of Tier X vehicles with Standard rounds. Only gold will pen its cheeks. This means you basically also received damage reduction buff as well as the armor.
@@Realfuckingvampire Yup that is why the vehicles are absolutely powerful at the moment. WG buff it at the right amount or maybe too much but still, it requires a Heavy Tank skill to perform well on this so I wouldn’t say broken as this is more on specific playstyle to make it effective but it still easily countered by fast vehicles out maneuver it
Was my dream tank bcs for me it looked very good and big never looked at stats but when I got it oh that I was not disappointed I got it before update it was good now I can angle and hide my big fat lower plate
@@binkus432Honestly if you had played the Ferdinand, and Jagdtiger a lot, the way you play the JgPzE-100 is quite similar You are in a massive, slow, heavily armored, and arsenal tank, it can be a strong or a decent frontliner, can deal a lot of damage and take a lot of hits. But it is extremely large ez to spot, and slow af
I was quite dissapointed when I got it a few months ago, aside from the fact it was fun in gravity, so I never really played it or enjoyed, so I’m so happy they buffed it now, I’m really enjoying it now.
I recently got this tank a little prior to the last update, nice to see it got some love from WG, thnx for leting me know about this! Time to jump back into it!
Also choosing a 183 over jag doesn't make someone's brain small or any less competent some people like playing for the memes or just play it due to preference but that's my opinion
Yea it more like a metafore i think because 183 is not a tank to win and he doesnt liek to lose what i understand he like an fv4005 or a jag more in his team i think
The jagerooo is kinda a good tank but it's rarely fun. It's basically just A deathstar but you don't have the thrill of hiding after you shoot since even if you just sit there the enemies have a high chance of bouncing you still
"Why would you play the 183" Droodles never experienced in his life what the word "fun" means. "The HE also has 1200 alpha" Yeah but youre not going to use it a lot with your weak 90mm of HE pen. Droodles just doesnt like the 183 because he doesnt know how to enjoy it.
I have 1400 battles approximately in the jag and bro didn’t even say the negatives of the tank…💀 1. Super slow + slow turn speed any tank can go behind you 2. Turret on the top can be a weak spot and anyone can pen it 3. Cheeks even puffed they still get hit 4. Lack of turret anyone shoots your tracks your done and couple of TDS have turrets 5. good gun but the low rolls are too many 6. TOO SLOW I love the tank no hate but you gotta highlight where it suffers and you make the jag seem like this OP tank but in the hands of the wrong player it’s just a big target with bad camo, alot of free hit points and a super weak and huge lower plate…
@@Guythinkinghowtocook horrible. Slowww af. To give you an idea,on dead rail you aren't even like 75% to the td bush and enemies already peek the ridge. The biggest problem is traverse. It takes you a long time to align perfectly and even longer to drive upto top speed.on maps like Mayan ruins, molendjik etc you are practically useless.
Hey droodles I have a question. Should I push town in mines with my Jgpz or I will sit in the back. Coz I tried to go hill with my jgpz but it didnt really work because bad gun depression and those damn tds in the back
When it comes to those situations, you need to get the Jag up someplace high at significant range from the enemy. Preferably have it nose down, as the gun has good ascension angles.
on soft stats though doesn't the jag have slightly higher chance of hit/pen/higher damage rolls? over the shit barn and death star, i may still be thinking in pc vs mobile...

@@teafool753 I have both but I never uses e3 in a real pub only events so I can't clearly clarify. But from playing uprising I commonly get hit and penned in the cupola probs bc of prammo tho.... but I either get penned or hit with HE
I disagree. The 183 has never been replaced, will not, and should not be replaced as the ultimate derp tank in WoT Blitz. The 183 is just a fun tank, to compare it in terms of effectiveness against another TD like the Jagdpanzer E 100 or the FV4005 is a unfair comparison. These two tanks may be more effective than the 183, but there is something they can never beat or replace the 183 at. And that is the pure fun factor of deleting 50% or more of someone’s hp in a single shot. In addition it’s not all gloom and doom, the 4005 needs to expose itself a lot more in order to deal the maximum 1600 damage, and even then the shells might not pen. The 4005 is also more vulnerable to HESH and HE shells. A failed attempt at replacing the 183. Then we move onto the Jag, yes it has better armour, better almost everything. But it doesn’t have better mobility. Also, the Jag loses in terms of alpha. So another failed attempt. But these are not the main reasons. There is a good reason people still play the FV215b 183, and that is for the alpha damage and the pure fun.
