Thanks so much for making these! Even as a player who’s been playing for a while, something that’s always been hard for me is team building with equipment, vision cards, and espers. For example trying to complete late game MR selection quests. Do you think you could make one of these videos dedicated to looking at a harder difficulty stage and building your team build around espers/VC/equipment? Thanks as always!!
You can get a lot of gil snappers from completing story missions, and using the monthly tokens you can increase your item sell % so they are worth a lot more.
So there is what I believe a better to get magicite and you dont even have to spend Vis. You just need to head to the level 50 Far plane story quest that have the Elemental team indicators for the "High Difficulty" Elemental Party Clear missions (you can view them in the mission events tab). So long as you steal someones 140 character of that element, you will be able to clear any of those with just a placeholder character as any 140 character can solo level 50 difficult content. You can easily do the same for many of the older storylines Brutal difficulties that you can unlock with keys. You can acquire a ton of magicite this way without spending any vis for magicite ever. You also get several other Gil and Burst/Armor pots by doing this as well. As your account matures, Even if you dont invest in a particular element, you can start making MR teams for the selection quests, and use those MR units + a 140 unit to clear many of the Brutal difficulty you couldnt touch early on in your account. This can help you acquire more vis, and eventually some extra flowers from clearing the harder quests.
I kinda took a diff route in my first week, I focused on getting Lucio and maxing him out by doing the other world quests, cuz I decided to go for a Light team and as for my second team, I still don't have any but I might go for Wind. Right now, I am thinking of pushing to the story, to unlock shard quests.
this series helps a ton (i started playing 1 1/2 days ago with an A2 Ice/Wind Account :D). As you suggested i will level the ester experience token thingy when I am able to, but i honestly would need recommendations what esters are even good.. maybe you could include that in the next part? (I also have no idea about Truststones, would love some insight there). Keep'em comming !
