I'm a huge AIC fan from the Layne era. And I'm not a big fan of cover song remakes. Van Halen and Foo Fighters are 2 examples of established bands that remade classic songs. And they aced them everytime❤❤ That being said if someone told me a brass band remade "Would " by AIC I would have cringed. And I am a classically trained musician. And very few people should be singing for Layne. There is an all girl rock band that covers a few AIC tunes. Can't remember their name. They are excellent. And so are you guys. This is an outstanding rendition of this song. You guys aced it. Thank you for covering this song admirably. Keep up the great work ❤❤

Great cover. Not going to lie, the last shot lingering on the empty microphone hits me in the feels, knowing that this song was originally sung by Layne Staley who died of a drug overdose, about a close friend, Andrew Wood, who had also died, to young, of a drug overdose.

This is an incredibly difficult song to sing and cover; it really highlights Layne’s unique vocal talent. This is definitely not Brass Against’s best cover, but honestly, they deserve credit for attempting it without butchering the song. The VAST majority of artists would have FUBAR’ed Alice In Chains’ “Would?”. Brass Against at least pays the song a passable rendition with unique arrangement.

Love it! I'm wondering what The Rooster would sound like with this killer combo. I picture a hugely dynamic !treatment with brass going from super quiet (pf) all the way through triple forte. With the right touch it could be epic!

I love Samuel I love how you pay respect and small Ways To the original singers While still absolutely killing it. Here, you look like Marilyn manson's Healthier and more high functioning younger brother. Layne would be proud.
