@@LINKKART8he did that before he left as Derrick Bateman came back as EC3 but still got buried when he returned cuz Vince wasn’t a fan. But he loved Drew and hand picked him as the chosen one for the future so he welcomed him back with open arms.
@@LINKKART8Ryder spent his entire career in wwe before they fired him. There isn’t much of a name to rebuild for him because he already has a reputation in wwe.
@@stephenjones1488 seriously ur opinion doesn’t matter no one asked ur a loser trust me id you wanna be like me u have to consume the water that my 🦶 have been soaked in. Salty but it’ll get u a lil closer to a demigod like me
@@Shotbystef Probably easy for them to hit workouts there while on the road since there’s one in every town and a membership gets you into all of them.
He is exactly where he needs to be. WWE doesn’t need him not at this moment nor does he honestly need WWE. He is doing great work for NWA & OVW helping a lot other guys get some exposure.
EC3 is great but in a place like wwe he just doesn’t have the star power to be a top guy, which isn’t a bad thing at all but if he wants to be featured prominently in his prime somewhere else is better for him
@@thestrong2401 it's a job at the end of the day for them, he'll go where the money is like 99.9 percent of people😅 What would you choose between a low profile, low paying job but you are seen as the top guy within the company or a high profile, very high paying job within the top company in the world but you are seen as middle of the pack? It's like refusing to work for the highest paying job within the most prestigious company to work in an obscure company for less money because you are surrounded by guys not at your level... Doesn't make sense.
Man, I like EC3 but I can’t help but think that 99% of the wrestlers who are “content where they are” or are “excited with what they’re building right now” just don’t have an offer or interest from WWE.
It’s being diplomatic and professional. Don’t burn any bridges, don’t bad mouth where you are and don’t bad mouth where you were. It goes the same for normal jobs.
@thegamerdude96p2p ec3 yes they did wrong but dean was apparently very difficult to work with and he was given every single opportunity cause he was over for many years with the fans, it was only at the end of his run in wwe where he was having crap stories with no effort to fix it or make it better, besides moxley suits the Japanese and aew style way more than the wwe style
@@zakariwalker7477 plus they pay more then wwe did... everyone else who's been in wwe now aew.. cris Jericho a good example who had more the same success like Dean... kinda... still jumped to aew and has also did Japan with danel too. And other's. Plus he's way happier with his wife there too
@thegamerdude96p2p I doubt he was making that much more than what he was in wwe, he was more upset at creative than he was about the money plus he left aew cause he knew the ship was sinking just like wcw, mox is a good wrestler but he was apparently according to many wrestlers like randy and many respected names like heyman he was extremely difficult to work with
EC3 saying he's a locker room leader is as hysterical as CM Punk saying he's a locker room leader. Maybe in the high school gymnasiums and bingo halls where all the local talent are in awe at the fact he was in WWE.
EC3 has grown so much as a professional it’s actually insane. And he does a great job sprinkling in his persona in all his interviews it makes them entertaining
Yeah, but is WWE going to actually use him well (like give him main event title shots and even a reign as the world champ) or are they just going to throw him back to the D-show "main event"? Now that it's Triple H in charge, EC3 actually has a chance, but what if Vince comes slithering back into power in the future? Money isn't everything. Money is definitely nice (tons of money is obviously nice to have), but it means nothing if one is getting tons of money but is in a horrible, miserable, depressing position. Too much stressful / depressing crap will cut years away from one's life.
I first remember him from NXT when he was being managed from his mentor & best friend Daniel Bryan wow his from NXT, WWE & now WPC that's a lot coming from him
So so so many wrestlers leave WWE discontent with the booking and the management, go on to do great things elsewhere, and come back for the paycheck. It's so tiresome.
Dude is a genuine goat and the reason why Daniel Bryan came out of his shell to become the mega star he became with the yrs movement. Debate me, fight me, I was there watching NXT before either of these two were even paired up as mentor and student. This guy deserves main event WrestleMania runs defending the WWE title.
Look at his titles. He would never reach such height during the dreaded McMahon era. Although now, there's actually a chance for him to achieve similar feats in WWE with Triple H in charge.
EC3 should either do a return to TNA and wrestle there again or maybe make the jump to WWE and wrestle their again maybe even winning the TNA World Title.
He looked sad in every photo from his last main roster run. They poorly used him so I think his current position is best for him and I hope he is doing better now and is happier.
