its my fav song too bc i can relate very much to the feeling of having wasted your youth and spark for someone. ig ppl who dont relate to that (fortunately) might not be emotional about this one?
but also it’s very different musically speaking from her other songs, i cant even come up with something that i would compare this too from vibe/mood/structure/chord progression. it’s fast, but sad, it’s loud but like she’s gritting her teeth. it’s very mature but retrospective.
It's so fucking slaps everytime, so intense it is I can't even hear it randomly, I have to skip man, same with majorie, but when I do listen I start crying
@@agoodgirlsguidetotaylorswiftshe said something about the og snow white being a bit misogynistic and wanting to challenge that in her interpretation of that in the remake so idiots online took that as an excuse to bully the poor girl
She has an incredible range!! She sings very high, as proven in this video and in West Side Story, but she can also sing very low as proven in other videos. Also the Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes shows her range great, she sings lower than I can in The Hanging Tree, and sings higher than I can in Pure as the Driven Snow
Your singing is beautiful. Ignore the backlash. Has nothing to do with you, they do not know you, and their critical reasoning is greatly lacking. They are a lynch mob motivated within a bubble of ignorance, within a bubble of their own discontent. Please stay safe, and congratulations on your success.
Rachel, you would be perfect to play the role of the Evil Queen in Snow White. You have this exceptional ability to annoy people with your phrases and facial expressions. I have nothing against you but I think you should play bad woman roles. I'm absolutely sure the whole world would love it. Rachel, if you're reading this, ask to play the Evil Queen in Snow White! You'll see how people will love you! And if you can't do it in this movie, then ask to play a mean woman in other movies! Please don't waste your time playing nice! You are not made for this! Take advantage of your exceptional gift for playing bad women, Rachel! Believe me, the whole world will love you madly!
