For everyone wondering about the audio quality in some portion of the video, it was due to copyrighted music. The music was suppressed (muted) which affected the entire audio to sound scuffed/distorted. Plenty of donation with copyrighted audio on the stream recently. At 8:40 especially, you can still hear Avenged Sevenfold's song (which is copyrighted) playing in the background. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
