WOULD YOU? F-35 & F-15 FLYING THROUGH THE MACH LOOP 

I clicked on this to see the guys in the back of the plane. I was not disappointed.

I don't know what is more impressive, the footage or the craft... Wouldn't have one without the other.

Wonderful work as ever. Always a treat. Loved the painting of the Statue of Liberty with the US and UK flags on that F-15.

Just last week we had the F-15Es out of Seymour-Johnson roll through the valley, this time accompanied by F-35As. First time for "Fat Amy" to visit. She's really loud....... And we love it..................

One thing about working in Military Aviation, you get to do cool stuff sometimes, often with NO witnesses. Love seeing the aircrews have some fun, stressful jobs.

Is this up on the Brecons ? I used to vist my nan every summer at Anchor not far from the Brecon. One day a Harrier appeared and saluted me with his fingers, he was that close and hovering. He then put on a blank tracer show firing at one of the barns ahead. I was in love with the Harrier from then on The next day he saw me and did a full roll over the cottages 😂 You have to be a little bit crazy to be one of those guys I guess. My uncle was a retired RAF engineer at the time, I'm sure he was putting someone up to it, deffo impressed a 7 year old me. I'm sure it was set up because my family knew I loved the Harrier.

When I see these aircraft in flight, it never ceases to amaze me that the F35 has a radar cross section which is so much incredibly smaller than the f15 and the typhoon. Stealth technology and materials are something else.

Last Monday I rode threw the Mach Loop on my Harley on the way to Holyhead.... Managed to capture a pair of Typhoons flying through. Was awesome.....

Your missing out if you are not wearing headphones.This location is definitately on my bucket list.

As a kid I use to live on the side of a valley and RAF Hercules from Lossiemouth use to regularly fly level with my house only a few hundred yards away and I remember me and my sister waving back at the guys at the back door many times, so cool when your a little! I even got a few waves from guys in Tornados which was such a thrill.

When we used to go on detatchment up to RAF Valley mountain flying we would fly up towards Betws y coed and Capel Curig BELOW the cars on the A5! Hilarious watcing the stunned faces as we went by. Did this many times a couple of time 'ramp riding' in a Hercules and a Chinook sitting on the ramp with feet dangling and safety harnesses on taking video. Great arenalin rush SUPERB PHOTOS. I must come up one day now im retired to see it from the ground!

Thanks so much. That's a lovely mixed bag & the 'wave back' stills warmed my heart nicely. The F-35 monster single engine vs the F-15s twins stood out to me. I wish I had enough knowledge to know why you would choose either in a design - another YT rabbit hole idea :) All the best to you Elwyn!
