your content is great and always to the point and easy to digest for busy people! Don't forget to remind us all of the best grip on all these lessons.

Thank you. I use a continental grip mostly. Sometimes it can sneak in either direction depending on the requirements of the shot.

When I hit my BH slice I take a step backwards - almost a 'falling' motion. Sounds very whacky I know but its a great shot - one of my best so I'm not going to mess with it. It sounds odd but I think it gets a lot of my body weight into the shot. 'Backwards' but side on to the net.

My feelings are that there is no right or wrong way to do things. If you've found something that works and you can place the ball in positions to create challenges for your opponent, that's the most important thing.

I'm also a righty with an injury now playing left handed, and what's interesting is how awkward the right arm is. My slice and your slice both have an awkward right arm, even a pro player I know who has ultra smooth strokes (someone I never thought was even capable of unsmooth mechanics) has an awkward right arm when trying left handed

Seems like your injury has been a blessing, even though you've had to relearn the game with your left hand, it forces you do perfect your technique and helps with teaching. Can you do video on forehand slice? I am reluctant to have swing speed on the forehand.

Thanks and yes, I has given me a new found appreciation for how hard tennis is to learn. There's one thing knowing what to do, it's entirely different thing getting to happen on court. My slice forehand is ok, but it's not good enough yet for me to make videos about it. Same thing for my serve. Until I feel really confident in them, it doesn't feel right teaching them.
