They recently opened a Japanese restaurant at treetown. It’s built from 2 containers stacked on top of each other. I was dubious when they started the project, but it turned out pretty cool. Popular place also . Near the mookata where you can cut through to soi honey
800 b they might struggle because the cheap Charlie types can get room near soi7 for that actually 700 , good clean renovated rooms , at 800 that’s 24000 per month , if they were 500/600 I think they would hit a market and probably never be empty….. 800 your pushing it ….its clean looks ok I walk past it daily going to gym ,

I think it will be used as secret shag room , or Thais will use it , might fit the local demographic at that price and location, I asked partner who runs realestate shop , she said plenty of hotels that price near cobra or sands bar bottom end of pratumnak, good secret location with pretty partner or local Thais that’s my expectation…. It will get used at least for few years because new
Big c lotus 7 /11 all walking distance to banana , great area I think almost best area to live for long term expats , I’m a sands at the moment and building full of long term guys no trouble .. Security superb , that whole area very safe no bbus so no random tourist, plus royal relations uncles etc live on those beach fronts so security rock solid ….bolt to Phil’s from their is 70 b I give 100 bike will charge 60 to 80 so just bolt give 100 safe aircon straight to Soi diamond, I bolt to central every day 85 b once again just give 100 , if u want to go terminal I would just go to central then bbus the rest 100 b enough if u want to use often that basically free ,
Hey Phil, yes would definitely stay there and have also stayed in a couple of Pod cabins here in Aus. They can be great value and come in all sorts of styles and sizes.... was actually think of buying one once for a holiday house 🙂

Thanx on the update my good sir! Always interesting to see the new happenings. We had an on-base shipping container condo block in Kuwait though nothing upscale like these. The only good thing about those is that they did have aircon.
Minimalist is the way to go 50 plus , I can’t work out when single western guys want 2 or 3 bedroom then u have to have 2 aircon for 1 person , makes no sense to me , you guys came for second chance , well the big three bedroom place back in west did not work …… Studio one bedroom, morning clean daily 1 hour max , then walk work on philosophy work on health work on that relationship you wish you had , don’t come to Thailand to repeat the past , you come to Thailand to better yourself……. Change is the key you came to Thailand for change so try living different then past
@@LePubPattayastupidity I know a few guys with 20 mil places , that money is Sydney property, buy the Sydney property you have 40 mil in 10/15 years , the 20 mil in Thailand u might loose on plus rent from Sydney property would be 50 usa easy , makes no sense on any level financially or lifestyle
