Isso que é uma bota bem passada, parabéns! Pena que eu ainda não encontrei um profissional que se preocupasse em aprender passar uma bota como se deve,geralmente a bota fica frouxa,saindo da perna e da um péssimo resultado,demorando mais a cicatrização. Todos deveriam ver essa técnica de passar a bota,Perfeito!!

One thing I've added is women's knee high or thigh high nylons over the self adhering ace bandage. This way if the patient wants to put on socks it will be easier. Plus it feels better.

If ankle is held at 90 deg, can greatly decrease chance of skin irritation/breakdown and dis comfort vs wrapping with the ankle in a plantarflexed position. Otherwise liked the application. Accordion technique probably allowed the person to get foot flat when standing, but would be more material for potential bunching over ant tib tendon.

The leg is supposed to be at a 90 degree angle.

You can't always bend the legs of contracted and elderly patients.

It's not clear to me why you keep double-backing the Unna boot on itself.

Is that what the R.N. does with the white bandage first? How come with the ta coban bandage the R.N. continues to wrap it up to knee without double-backing frequently?
