Visted Walter Reed and Bethesda this week and met some of the most special people on the planet and their families at the hospitals. Thank you does not begin to pay enough gratitude and respect. God Bless our Troops and our Warriors Warriors. We love you and support you and your families. God Bless from Texas.
Every time i hear this song i end up crying. Our military are true heroes. My little brother just got back from a tour in Iraqi, he came back in one piece thank god. we need to help the wounded more then what the country has. My god bless all of our service men and women, and pray for there safe return
I believe that this is one of the best projects for or vets thank y'all for your service and God bless y'all if I could say y'all are the real heros God bless y'all I will keep y'all n my prayers
Dammit I cried I tried not to but it's prett much immpossible. I lost a cousin in Veitnam and I've got a brother in the Marines in Iraq. I'm a firefighter and my heart goes out to all the families who have lost loved ones. Thank you for the video.
This video is incredibly moving...I am currently a member of the Wounded Warriors and they have helped me in my healing process in a way I can never thank them enough. Let us never forget!!!! In memory of my boys I lost the day of my accident at Sadaam Airport....I think of them daily, many times a day. In memory of Sgt. Daniel Cunningham, PVT Devon Jones, and PFC Wilfred Ballard, and all the fallen soldiers and soldiers continuing to struggle daily.
This song, still today, is very touching and means a lot to me. And the ending is amazing and touches your heart. To all the soldiers, Thank you for your service!
I am in the Air Force and feel the power in this song. I have not been wounded, but do pray for the ones who have and the ones who will not be able to walk again and the ones who have lost their lives fighting for our freedom! With today 11-11-12 being Veterans Day I just want to thank the ones who have served prior to the ones serving today! God Bless You!
This makes me proud of our country and those who served and are currently serving. Thank you all and God bless our troops and their families and this great country we are fortunate to live in.
My brother is in the Military and has been for about 3 years now. I really miss him but I guess I just have to sacrifice something to make something better, but at least he is doing something good for my country. )': I love you Michael and thank you God, God Bless and thanks to our troops for saving our country.
I'm a complete liberal, and I donate to WWP every month. Our political beliefs may or may not be different, but I still believe you and your brothers to be American heroes and you receive my love, support, prayers and most of all, respect. Thank you.
Valor Military Tributes was back at Walter Reed and Bethesda this week. God Bless our troops. Pray for our wounded warriors and their families. They are the ones that carry the burden of our freedom.
"Set my spirit free" If thats what it takes, Im here...god bless to all troops and all who support them!! I've not yet served this blessed country but when I do enlist I will be pleased to serve for these supporters and I'll be pleased to serve with all these brave people...God Bless ya WWP
I want to THANK YOU, all the American Soldiers! May God pour out blessing on all of you and your dear families, you are all the GREATEST treasures in the USA and you always will be.
After 24 years of military service with 5 deployments and over three years of hostile fire pay, I still sometimes feel my contributions are still small. Resiliency to deal with the events of war can often be determined by a matter of feet between something that can be shaken off and something that will be life changing. For those of us who have had distance on our side, may we dedicate ourselves to those who have not.
This song made me think of those who are still there on the battlefield, the ones who have lost thier lives but don;t know it. I think thats what he's talking about. Thats why we pray for those in purgatory.
They and especially their bosses can all go to hell. Their bullshit services have made things worse for EVERYBODY on this planet. Those terrorist lunatics in the Middle- East? Truck ramming in Europe, NYC? Drone killings? NO FUCKING THANK YOU FOR THEIR TERRORIST-CREATING SERVICES.
Woah man thats West Point Glee Club? Damn they are good :D They look a little too stiff but its a military academy but I love the uniforms!!!! And I love the Song :D
Okay, well firstly, they paid for a surgery that allowed me to walk on my right leg again. Secondly, I did even ASK them to, they sent a representative to my house and led me through the entire thing. Never asking me for a dime. The people who start and run these companies dedicate their entire lives to it and if they are helping thousands of veterans to live happier, more fulfilling lives and taking some of the burden off the families of those soldiers then they deserve the money. Football players get paid millions of dollars a year to play a game. At least these individuals are giving something back.
Wow...what a gifted and blessed songwriter and performer...who can write about the challenges of today, yesterday and tomorrow with such heart and depth. Say a prayer for me...Say a prayer for peace.
This song made me think of those who are still there on the battlefield, the ones who have lost thier lives but don;t know it. I think thats what he's talking about. Thats why we pray for those in purgatory.
@@zachlang1982 Semper Fi, my friend. Semper Fi... 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐢 - To all the Marines who served our Nation well, we thank you and God Bless all of you for your service and bravery. _Semper Fidelis to everyone who has made America a better nation for all..._
THANK the good LORD JESUS, in that JESUS guides the BEST of our men and women in making the decision to do the hard, dirty work (for us) so to keep our country safe for the rest of us weenie's.
My Dad is in one of the pictures in the background. We would really like a copy of it. I just don't know where or who I can ask for a copy??? Please if you know how I can get Please let me know thank you.
“Remember this, and be assured; recall it to mind, you transgressors. Remember the former things long past, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is no one like Me, declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things which have not been done, saying, ‘My purpose will be established, and I will accomplish all My good pleasure’; calling a bird of prey from the east, the man of My purpose from a far country. Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass. I have planned it, surely I will do it” (Isaiah 46:3-11). In other words, there's no point questioning His plan with prayers.
I'm putting this video up on wwp.world and it will work on any device. Does anyone have a cleaner version with a higher resolution of this that I can stream? It's apparently no longer on the CBS video feeds.
Beautiful song, beautiful tribute. However, the Wounded Warrior Project ONLY cares for VETS POST 911, so when they sing "in the hills of Vietnam" they are misrepresenting what WWD does, and for whom. I gave, I called for help for a Vietnam Vet who is 100% disabled and they told me there wasn't a thing they could do. Wrong time, Wrong War - Once again the Vietnam Vets are the Forgotten Ones. As much as I respect the organization, and what it does for post 911 VETS, it would be nice if they didn't discriminate against a certain class of VETS. The irony in this is I have a friend who is a Vet from Afghanistan and he told me that the VETS would not be treated with the respect that they do when traveling through airports had it not been for the Vietnam Vets. I guess we learned it's not okay to spit on a VET returning home from fighting for our freedoms. And let's not forget that the Vietnam war was one of the few wars that our men actually got drafted into. It was for many not a choice they would have made. So who is caring for them? Oh yeah the VA - that says it all.
I think hes been let go from it, after his drunk fight , he no longer does this, the music isnt there, and Dean Norris is now the spokes person im betting its all because of his huge fight he had with a impersonator and Adkins was so drunk the guy couldnt even talk....and was throwin out from what i heard.
But...but...but Trump is the most patriotic president, why are they needing our help???? Instead of BILLIONS going towards a wall,it should went to these veterans 🤷♂️
