A forma de fazer a comida é primitiva, ou seja, nada de elétricos facilitando o trabalho. O gasto de energia é maior. Algumas vezes elas e eles almoçam de cócoras, sem sentar. Essa posição, por si só, já é um exercício isométrico. E desconfio que o modo de vida deles é na roça, manual, o que eleva mais ainda o gasto diário de energia. A regra nunca muda. Se vc gastar o que come, não tem como engordar. Exceto em casos especiais como doenças. Mas aí é outra história...
