Ive watched every single video TB has put out to date. Always enjoyed them, and this is no different. It is like a window into the future. Ive learned from his videos where to go in cata to enjoy the game the most.
@plaguuu Congratulations, you did not understand the context of that statement, plus I never said 'it sucks'. This is the problem when people don't listen, they make things up. Frostfire Glyph is not a good glyph to pick in the context of a frost spec, because you're only casting it maybe 2 or 3 times a minute. It is however, a good glyph in the context of a fire spec, where you use it as your main nuke.

I find that the second boss in BRC or as my guild calls her "Netherspite lights" is a really fun boss, and usually if you have a lock you can fear the dragons that spawn...makes the dps pay attention and caused a group of lvl 83+ wipe

@mikejclark okey understand your situation O: luckely for you this expansion will give other opportunities to get epics too, by running around in the world doing long quest lines and getting reputaion will give you epics, Atleast what I've heard. So what makes this expansion so great is, if your a raider you'll get epics, and if you're an adventurer you will get epics too. Rly nice imo
I'm thinking it might be worth starting with a pyroblast instead of a scorch for the pyroblast dot. Don't know if you've tried playing around with this? It would make the rotation pretty damn hard though if we had to keep pyroblast dot up, while keeping the 3 stack of ffb glyph, while also keeping living bomb up and then using fireball as a filler.

Lost city tol'vir looks one of ym favourites 5 mans in cata... the look of it is great plus the boss mechanics are neat blizz seemed to learn their mistakes from wrath but also improve the strong ponits of wrath. yes wrath raids and hcs were too easy but some of the mechanics are pretty neat especially ulduar
I'm not sure of this is in the beta yet but I'll ask anyway.'I think they may be redoing blackwing lair. Because you can fly to Nefarians little balcony at blackrock mountain and there's a meeting stone there. Would you consider checking it out.
@Guaps19 I think those of us with more than peanut sized brains also enjoy reading his lashbacks. Great reading when TB replies with the back of a cricket bat: WHAM. Yay, 4.0.1 after tonight's maintenance. Can't wait to try out the new talents. ;)
omg tigers! lol nice one ;) seriously though do you know if Troll druids get a race specific Flight Form, or will it be the same as the Tauren one? looks like a good dungeon though, the bosses seem alot more fun than some I've seen decent amount of trash and wierd zombie pygmy guys, what more can you ask for?
Would you suggest on Heroic to make it so that the LoS blockers glow when active, and blink when it shuts down to make the fight a bit harder, some other gimmick, or do you like the balance that it is at atm?
If you were to get omen, I don't know if you are able to, that would be awesome, I am very curious of the threat that the tanks are putting out =). If not, nevermind then.
I understand that crit is going to be low at 85, but from what i see in these heroic vids, the base damage done by spells doesn't seem to be appreciably higher than they are for lvl 80s on live right now. I don't play a mage though, so i could be wrong.
Looks like fun, I hope it doesn't go unnoticed. Guess we'll just have to start a movement to counter the whiners in the Bliz forums so they won't nerf the fuck out of those instances.

Please note that if you point out 'Blessing of Might' and don't know that in Cataclysm BoM and BoW are the same buff, then you haven't been paying any attention over the past few months and you will get mocked for it. Trying to be a smartass on my channel generally means receiving a beatdown.
@snakelord12 Nice troll. The 4 raids that will be in on release are Bastion of Twilight, Blackwing Descent, Throne of the Four Winds and Baradin Hold (the new VoA.. *eww*). The Firelands will be coming out in a patch after that.
@Rasenganprod Spot the guy who started playing with Wrath and doesn't know how level/stat scaling works. For the nubbish amongst you. Here is how it works. The higher the level you go, the more rating is required per percentage point of spellcrit. With Cataclysm, they increase the amount of rating required MASSIVELY. At Level 70, you needed 22.08 rating to get a %, at 80 you need 45.91 and at 85 you need 179.31 This has been today's remedial class for Wrath-rollers. I'll see you next time.
@Canazza Not even close to as extreme, just look at the numbers. Blizzard already stated they don't want a repeat of Wrath where people had too much crit and did too much dps. That said, if you just care about numbers on a meter and not about doing enough DPS to kill the boss with it's current tuning then you're doing it wrong anyway. What matters is downing the boss in the most efficient way possible. If we're all tuned to do less dps than in Wrath, so be it.
@Gr0mst3r Congratulations, you don't understand Cataclysm. What would be pretty good is if we could just automatically ban anyone who doesn't know what they're talking about, from commenting on a video.
@20kitten How could you have not noticed this, RU-vid has worked this way since it launched, it is not some new phenomenon, it's common as muck and happens to every new video straight after upload.
@MegaLethen At some point. I wasn't going to use frost when the other mage was also using frost, suboptimal when you could have the nice 5% crit and the replenishment in the same group (which allowed me to use Molten Armour more since I had some form of mana regen tool).
Is absorb storms based on range? It's just that it seems to me that his AoE lightning thing is a punishment for getting ti wrong; Attacks that require LoSing dont normally last that long, and dps race phases dont normally start at 90%. Also, why would they put in an arbitrary middle step in the process, instead of just making siamat cast it when a minion dies? It -looks- like you're meant to have the tank keep him away from the clouds....
@zanjishieneniji Hopefully faster as they're removing battlegroups in Cata so that means you'll be queing with a massive larger population hopefully if my common sense works your ques will be faster aswell.
I notice you are using FFB in your rotation now - did you find something new aside from your mage guides? Also I see dragon's breath. Are you still experimenting or did you find a solid new fire rotation?
@TotalHalibut i played throught all of Bc yes did some t5 -t6 stuff and i still dont know how level scaling works dosent make me a noob i just dont pay attention to that stuff all i care about when every xpac comes out is to lvl cap asap and start gearing and getting into it i did this with tbc and wotlk, and ill be honest all this game is to me is a bunch of numbers on a screen .....and yes im addicted to it lol
Hey TB! I have a quick question. Why are you using Frostfire Bolt? Maybe i missed a video where u explained it. Is it more damage or a debuff it gives? As you can see im not a mage :p . Hehe.
@goseals6 There's item level, so there's inevitably going to be GS. But with guild levels and more of a focus on guild raiding, it won't be as important since you'll be pugging less.
