Thx! It depends on number of targets. If it's single target and my bender is already out I'd rather smite to get one more double smite than applying it and I usually wait for my bender to fade to re-apply it. My concern is bender uptime. From a pure damage viewpoint, always applying it is better, but healing is not about that. Indeed, nothing worst than having bender fade when there's a damage event happening and having to lose a GCD not healing because you have to use it or worse, having 4sec cooldown left on it. Take the 3rd boss of Halls Of infusion for example. I don't care about SW:Pain if it makes we lose 100% bender uptime and breaks my linear and control healing on this rot fight.
