Thats surprising for us asians or indians, how dirty you keep yourself we people are much more hygiene then so called west. SQUAT POSITION is best natural way to poop it open your duct into 100% whereas in western toilet it opens max 80% keeping some stool left in rectum. Not only u wash and keep butt hygiene, you don't sit on toilet seat its untouchable which make more sense specially if its a public toilet.
