You've got great eyes! 👍 I revisited the square, read what was written on its flag pole, and made some research. It is the Yemen Arab Republic also known simply as North Yemen or Yemen (Sanaʽa). As we all know, it was a country from 1962 to 1990 in the northwestern part of what is now Yemen. FYI, following info is partially adopted from the comment of a RU-vid user "St Gr01" who also watched my video. => Those in the video are the flags of the countries that participated in the 1988 Seoul Olympics, and the Seoul Olympic Park, in which the flag square is located, now flies the flags of those countries even if those countries do not exist anymore or even if they have changed flag or name. For example, there are the flags of the USSR, Yugoslavia, Burma, British Hong Kong, South and North Yemen, Zaire, Socialist Romania, Socialist Bulgaria, East Germany, etc. The park is trying to add historic perspective to the theme of the park commemorating the 1988 Seoul Olympics.
