The guy with the cup, are you on your right mind. They should use the money to renovate the old building. So Ghana should not be built right ? Go to Kenya and see structures in Nairobi. Mediocrity. You kick against any project that makes Ghana a beautiful place. You protest against the national cathedral with the same mindset. Even if they don't build it, the money will be shared among themselves. It is better if it is use to build good infrastructure. If you don't like it go and demolish it.
