Paladin lightsmith hero talent has the same problem as priest, it's a lot of micromanagement. Sadly, it didn't get as loud a backlash so it probably won't change. Here's what they said in their intial post: "One thing that we’re keeping a close eye on is complexity. Classes in WoW have a lot of abilities and talents, and there’s a lot to learn about each one. We want Hero Talents to add new fun without creating new burdens, either in customizing or playing a character. Most Hero Talent trees do not add new buttons that players will need to add to their action bar or find a new keybind for." And then they make that for paladin which adds complexity, requires new binds and stresses awareness, especially for a tank who's already keeping their eyes on both the mobs / interrupts / positioning and their party for hands and healing and dispels and everything else. There's also not much "fun" in there, not a lot of choice and it definitely feels like a burden.
I like the winning set but I can't get around the Pandaria theme. That's Thunder king shoulders and after sporting them for months and months back then, I can't see Cataclysm in it.
The game itself is in a better place than it's been in a very long time. It is a human impossibility to please everyone. If you let someone who didn't know better watch a Michael Bellular video they'd immediately think his channel was mainly for wow bashing. Unlike Preach and Naguura who are quitters and then come back at least Michael has stuck it out.
Anything bellular posts or says is for clicks and likes. Most of his information is heavily skewed towards opinion bias. I unfollowed him for that reason.
Millions of people still play and some of us have been around for nearly two decades, yes more abilities are great and someday you will understand that.
