He speaks very well. A good orator . Only if his actions matched his words, what a beloved politician he would have been. But he is also a part of the corruption that has brought Nigeria to its knees. Go and see his mansion in Edo state, with its own private lake and surrounding acres of land. How can a former labor union leader aquire such wealth?... He is not an industrialist or a professional. He had the privilege of being a governor twice , which was enough to amass the fortune he has now. That's all.. We are cursed in this country with bad, evil nigerian politicians !
Sir, prince...we are not cursed ooo...What has been done has been done my friend. How many looter have the courage to face us and speak the truth? They have stolen our money and still pointing and telling their children where the nation's treasury is.
Real general this is how i as a jamaican expect a nigerian to speak thank you sir you make me feel proud God bless you and all nigerians that want nigeria to work.
Believe our Nigerian politicians at your own risk. Some of them like this old man is very outspoken to entice the masses. In reality, he is the kingpin of corruption whose state had the worst roads, ramshackle and life-threatening dilapidated infrastructures (public schools), and little to no basic amenities like Electricity.
@@Abugo352 He has a history, he was a good governor. Use Google before condemning people. You don't just sit and accuse people. He did well in his state when he was a governor. And he is doing well as a senator too. Okay ?
Arab countries that have oil their citizens dont pay tax plus free health care and other things. You have nothing to tell any sain person. Nigeria has had oil for how long now.
@@Abugo352 This is highly exaggerated. Oshiomhole lacks integrity and is one of the worst politicians, he's lost all respect he once had as NLC president. Despite all of that, what you just said of him as a governor of Edo state, is highly exaggerated
You're a great leader Nigeria is proud to have though you're dwarfed by the guys you work with in the Senate. You did a courageous work as Edo state governor.
you must be mad. Oshiomole great leader? e be like say u nigerians get too short sightedness to remember anythign about your past. This useless man wey u dey call great leader because now him don dey talk sense? God punish you and am there
Good and encouraging words from Adam Oshomole. God bless you richly, Adam. God will grant you grace, knowledge and wisdom to help this nation out of darkness, in Jesus Christ mighty name amen
But Oshiome is in the senate where criminal padding is taking place but he has no ciurage to talk about it. I am more courageous than Oshiomile. He is still a politician so long as he was not courageous enough to say the politicians take home is criminal then he is not giving a balance meal to Nigerians.
1 out of how many senators? The senator representing you, do you even know his name? You will just come online and type without basic knowledge of how stuffs work
Even when one person make attempt, you will criticize. Ok. Wait for Jesus to come and do it. In a house of more than 70, you expect one person to force others to do right. Nawao for you people sef.
May God bless you sir . May The Lord of Host continue to give you more wisdom . Alas ! The evil cabals in Nigeria , can they ever discard their evil & blinded tendencies ? Their eyes has been closed with veil , they can not see the reality of life . Their ears has been closed with wax , they can not hear the voice of wisdom any more . So sad ! Judgement of The Living God is imminent !
Adam Oshimole , has spoken and solved a major part of Nigeria's problem's. A few more of him Nigerians, like him will see the Naira , become one to one with Pound sterling, in five years. Great talk by His Excellency.
This is the best speech I’ve heard from Nigerian politicians ever. My respect to the true Nigerians like the president and people like Adams Oshiomole. 🙏🏾💪🏾
And you don't think Tinubu is doing the same, just because he doesn't talk. We Nigerian need to stop being stupid and realize the world doesn't want us to succeed. Nigerian is a capitalism democracy economy. It means the people not the government grows the economy by starting companies and producing things to sell to the rest of the world. It seems most Nigerians want to be ruled by a king like Saudi Arabia.
@@digitaledu6624 Maybe the stupid ones are from your community then... how do you just start calling people names because someone made a wish? And also would like ask, where is the enabling environment for the people to venture into such kind of production you're talking about? What role is govt playing to encourage local product? Those who are in local production already doesnt get enough motivation/ support from govt. theres yet not enough enabling environment for domestic production.
@@Gongola3888 I agree with you. One of the person who have proven to be consistent in fighting for good governance and for the right of ordinary Nigerian is Omoyele Sowore
Bravo, bravo sir. I told you. When you see them fighting anyone please stop and take a second look at him/her. I think that the above speaker had to fight for his place, now you see why. Keep working for us sir and you won't regret it. Big thanks.
That's what we want to know from a leader. All Nigerians need to do is to wake up and begin to analyze on his revelation to make good things happen. God bless Oshiomole. He is truly a leader not a ruler
Why did everybody want him to be the next Senate President? He can contribute his quota by working hand in hand with Apabio for the betterment of the masses.
Mr Oshomole is coragoues . I wish Nigeria will have the corauge. Nigerians are hungry and dying. Every Agreement between Nations loses it's validity at a point of survival. Crude oil muss be be suplied to the Dankote Refinaries. Oil and People the world knows have a direct effect on the live of any Nation.
@Therealclips-ib8bm The mistake we in Africa 🌍 is: living life of sentiments, hoping on chance, and religiosity instead of actual spirituality. The outcome of our mistakes is the promotion of mediocrity in our society.
Let's not forget that this man brought in and supported Buhari for 8 years of scarcity, banditry and bad luck. I never heard him criticise Buhari for once. Don't be deceived!!
@Fontabele So, the SE should be eternally grateful for the 2nd Niger bridge? Aside from this basic bridge, what other FG project has the entire SE received in the 8 years of Buhari's rule? The same buhari was building railway lines and super highways all the way to Niger Republic, a foreign country, whereas there's no single rail connection in the entire SE and SS.
No they don't need to be grateful, they should continue to disparage the person who brought that development since that's the only language they know@@kene6753
I feel bad that we in the South were joined to the dubious East, hypocrite West, and demonic North. Only us in the South has a mindset of development and betterment.
Sanctimonious Osho. When he speaks you’d think he’s morally and ethically upright😅. He however has made some salient points today we can all agree with. However Dangote doesn’t add up, he isn’t a baby in this game or someone to pity, when he was building the refinery he should have considered a contract to feedstock his storage crude oil tanks for refining hence I know he’s up to some agenda. Cement isn’t cheaper but 100% of its raw material is locally produced in Edo state so I suspect Dangote petrol will be cheaper for 1-3 years, but once he’s locked down domestic supply to the local consumers, he’ll spike the price just like cement. Book mark this comment
Until you speak the evil going on in the senate and house of Representatives against the entire Nigeria, then I will applaud your courage. You are among them. Just that this one doesn't favor you directly or indirectly
This is how he does when he’s aspiring for the next level. Watch out for his presidential campaign. He did the same thing at the NLC before he campaigned to be a Governor. He’s telling the truth but he is no different than any one of them.
Nigerians are saying thank you to the same people putting them in poverty. It's such a shame. Y'all should open your eyes and realize none of your current politicians are working in your interest.
I know this man Adam too well, i just pray i becomes the president on Nigeria some day With boldness his going to make Nigeria work somehow He will show no pitty to break the back bone of some political carbals destroying this country.
The courage to speak and the right words to say have never been his problem. He's one of the most eloquent and well-read politicians. It is sad that some of the rich in Nigeria rob Nigerians and the government with the help of those in government to impoverish Nigerians. Fighting corruption in Nigeria is almost a mirage. Finally, there's nothing more than a good speech, but we must understand it is important to separate reasoning from emotion.
This is how senators and representatives should talk to and with their constituents. Public hearing should be weekly or monthly. There should be a connection and engagement between the elected and electorates.
What has been done has been done my friend. How many looter have the courage to face us and speak the truth? They have stolen our money and still pointing and telling their children where the nation's treasury is...THIS GUY IS TELLING THE TRUTH
I will always say that Sen.Adams Oshiomole and Mal.Nasir El rufai are the only two politicians o can vouche for, anytime anyday. They are not afraid of confronting anybody and they are bold with their decisions, its unfortunate that Nigerians dont see what both men can offer this country.
Senator Adam oshiomole you have spoken well, I will appreciate if you can use same energy in the floor of Senate to act immediately, and also have a round table discussion with president on this matter. Please do the needful to put the enemy in shame.
Oshiomole’s speech was spot on except his comments on Dangote and crude oil importation by the refinery. I suggest he should get proper advice from Oil and Gas Experts to understand how things work. Dangote Refinery did not do appropriate front end work. Such error should not be hidden by comments or speeches by politicians without adequate understanding of the issues and the technicalities involved. Such speeches should be based on appropriate knowledge, competencies, and experience to avoid chasing the wrong problem.
Always loved this man. ❤️. Spot on. I just dont understand the PIB. How can NNPC a public company become private. Now they now control the oil of the whole nation and do what they want. We are not ready.
All these noise will not bring anything, corrupt persons can not correct or solve corruption problem, Tinubu and others, including Oshomole are corrupt.
Pa Aluko, the great economics sage of blessed memory put it succinctly, " listen to all they say, but do the opposite. They will only suggest policies that will favor their own agenda and that their countries"
Didn't find his voice in 8years of Bubu destruction of our Economy but kept playing politics by blaming Jonathan, he is part of this mess I can't be deceived.
Are we still an independent country when we have no say about how our rraourc are channelled? Now I can confirm that our country has been hijacked. I am sorry Dangote was caught in the middle of this drama
