This boss is hard but it's possible.
I used the full def's gear and mobility's tallents.

This boss has 3 main issues:
1) Chains - it will do a lot of damage if we won't kill it at the end of a first phase. We must kill them but it's hard because it will push us away and it will so dangerous, just be careful here. You can use a necrolord-shield for it if you want because it will give you 3-4 sec without push-backs.
2) We need to run a lot in phase 2 but it's a monk-class, it will little bit easier for us. Just kill all adds and don't forget to kick Sylvanas.
3) White-circles will push-back us. We can't to soak them but we can counter it by 3 ways: teleport, Necrolord's shield and Dragon Punch. Just use them at a time then you will push-back and you will survive.

At a first phase, I used all burst because i want to kill her fast - main reason for it is chains, if we will has only 2 parts of it - it will be easier to kill them all.
At a second phase just run with a Trall first time - it will be easier to manage a Sylvanas's position.
At a third phase we need to use all our defs to survive it, rotate them and it will helpful. Dont forget to be ready for a circles because it will wipe you if you won't be ready for it.
It's hard but easier then Kel'thuzad.
