After relistening a bunch of times there are some things I missed (Also A lot of interesting things pointed out in the comments) so I'll list a few When Kevin Krust talks about the S.T.A.B in between the ides. He's also talking about how they are all psychic types (the lake guardians STAB) and the power they get comes from the rubies in between their eyes. Also Kevin Krust says "Threaten Harmony and you'll see why lakers dunk on all in their orbit" Not only is it a basketball reference, but they are called the Lake Guardians. Lakers, Lake, you get it. I dont know how I missed that first listen Mat4yo says "You'll come to find that remaining silent is your last rite". I didn't think much of it but it's refering to how they are called the 'Swords of Justice' and it's a play on the justice system (police force etc.) In which police will read 'rites' one including the well known 'you have the right to remain silent'. With the justice system, the right to remain silent is often the FIRST rite, but here mat4yo says it is your LAST right (in pokemon terms, fainting) AerialAce's verse right off the bat he starts with a flip. "Square as a thumbnail". The screen shows Landorus Incarnate, which is very well known for the top of it's head looking rectangular, the same dimensions that could be seen as a youtube thumbnail "My bad Rectify em' like a thumbnail". Rectify can mean 'make right' AND it can be used in terms of electricity to mean switching currents. First of 'rectify like a thumbnail' can mean clipping the nail on your thumb, It's also meaning Fix up a thumbnail (to fix up what how you are presenting aka in pokemon terms, fainting them) and also rectify being used as electricity as the pokemon on screen Thundurus Incarnate, is the electric type genie. He also says "Hit his heart smoke smooch em". This not only is an enamorus line but also about the pokemon 'Smoochum' (pre evolution of Jynx) Finally for AerialAce "Fuck a legend, im a truth in the carvings". Was unaware of this but after a quick google search, In the anime, the forces of nature were told to be a myth alongside a carving (the image showed on screen). there is probably more from people but Just gonna add to this with some of the ones I wanted to point out

When Chi-Chi said "Got an ABUNDANCE of flows... Comin' for CONFLICT... I'll RUIN your HOPE" she's referencing where the Guardian Deities can be found, namely the Ruins of Conflict for Tapu Koko, Life for Tapu Lele (which I think she forgot?), Abundance for Tapu Bulu, and Hope for Tapu Fini.

The Treasures of Ruin are basically treasures that the king of Paldea acquired through trading with other regions during those times, but the king was tyrannical and selfish - so much so that it transferred over to the four treasures - a sword, a pair of beads, tablets, and a vessel. The treasures turned into Pokémon, and they quickly destroyed the land before being sealed off until the player unseals and captures them centuries later.

The "iii" bar is referring to roman numerals which is 3 and it ties back to the "tri guys" line The line right before it was "Cause we're not roaming legends" roaming = roman if you say it fast enough and that "tri guys" line is also a double, referencing the try guys and their cheating scandal as well as action replay which was used to cheat on pokemon games

Nice reaction! At a Jewish wedding, they stomp on glass and say Mazel Tov. Compare that to the encounter animation with one of these legends where the DS screen pretends to shatter.

I think the split decisions bar was because in sw/sh you could only either choose regidrago or regieleki Like if you chose regidrago you couldn't get regieleki unless from a trade or smth.
