Took a little road trip up to Stowers Machinery in Crossville, TN. Went there to check out the new CAT CTL 255 and 265. Wow, they were impressive to say the least. Also had a chance to meet Stowers Machinery President and CEO Lisa Rottmann and the Senior VP of Sales Andy Jobes. Great folks who are determined to make customer relationships a #1 priority…

I got invited to a Cat customer appreciation day last year. I didn't buy anything, but I had a good time. In my area, Cat definitely has the best service network. Thanks for sharing.

Ah, new toys..... 😎 Everyone has their preferences, but dealer network and parts availability has to be a must for all operators.... get a good dealer, and you can't go far wrong !!! Those 745 are a decent size !!! They have a factory that builds these about an hour or so south of me. 😁 Never had the opportunity to go to an open day like this, but then I'm not an operator or business owner 🤷‍♂️😂

If you want uncomfortable cab purchase a machine with rollup door. No upper vents, cup holders behind your head, radio behind you head , heavy door that rattles 8 hours a day , you want comfort purchase a machine with swing open door. Simple simple. By design

Hi Sam, thanks for this video. Very interesting the new Cat 255 and 265... A future purchase ?! In France there are many Cat 323, it is a versatile model. For articulated dumpers I prefer Volvo, Cat is (for me) inferior to Volvo. See you soon.

It looks like a new track setup on the skid steer. Hopefully, you can finally cross-cut a slope without losing a track. The Cat is garbage on a slope.

How do you get out if the unit break down with attachments up from ground with a swing out door?

If push comes to shove there are two handles on the left side for the hinges. They twist off quickly and you can set the door out of the way. And I have been in the position before…🥵😂🤣
