We had a rare and very random tornado go through my parish/town last year in St. Bernard, Louisiana, about ten minutes outside of New Orleans. Ivanka Trump came and handed out food and helped people with laundry. There wasn’t any fanfare, she didn’t bring a camera crew, although our local paper did take photos to publish. She realized that in times of genuine trouble after natural disasters, people need help and it’s uplifting to see someone whose only purpose is that. She also showed up and helped when that hotel “imploded” in Florida a few years back. Her acts of charity and compassionate goodwill are very authentic.
Ivanka learned from her dad. He's been doing the same thing for decades. I have the utmost respect for the entire Trump family. They're givers from the heart, and there are still too many people who refuse to see that. Such a shame, honestly.
This is why I'm voting for Trump in 2024. He's not gaining any wealth by becoming our president again. In his first term, he never received a dime for his service in office. You can never say that about the Biden crime family.

When the same thing happened to my town, The sheriff had to evacuate all of us. He opened up his personal property for anyone to camp. We had luxury restrooms, hot showers, a laundromat, catered food, a huge livestock area, 24 medical care onsite, wifi, and anything anyone could ask for.. ALL by donations from our community..

I traveled to Lahaina back in 2016. It was a very beautiful place, filled with vibrant life, and even though its a tourist area, it was one of the most peaceful area's to visit. I'm sickened by what happened to all those souls. I hope these people are able to rebuild their lives.
We finally received good news about our family members. My cousin and her children were taken to one of the smaller islands to stay with a family member on their father's side. One of the fishermen had taken them there. I so wish to thank him in person.
