Question for you: I'm "maining" r sham for the first time since BFA (maybe one season in SL) and I'm also using Cell for the first time (which I think you're using too). Prior to Cell, I was able to configure my frames to change color when my tank's earth shield fell off. Do you have any idea how to do that in Cell? Or alternatively, do you know of a WA that will alert when earth shield falls off the tank?
I'm not using Cell actually. The addon is awesome, I tried it but just the fact that it doesn't look the same disturbed me so much that I went back lol xD I'm just watching the buff on default frame as you can see, really used to that from pvp arena. I'm pretty sure you can do that with Cell but it's also possible by creating a WA. I'm heading to bed now, I'll watch that tomorrow and I'll tell you.

There is a really good mythic + "utility chart" floating around that tells you what talents to take for each dungeon. Core talents are pretty much the same for everything, with utility talents (posion totem, improved purify, tremor totem) being the important ones to have for certain dungeons. I forgot poison totem once somewhere that I really needed it and hated my life lol.
I'd recommend starting with a full loaded template like mine : www.wowhead.com/talent-calc/shaman/restoration/totemic/DARBVUEFFFBVVBEQRQVUDFAANVVRVRVVVQVBIBCEEEVVVUCBA With that, you got everything that is mandatory utility wise. You can then switch Tremor with Wind Rush (not even necessary) in some dungeon and you are gucci for everything.
Yes. It's where the fun is with Rsham. And this season the entire toolkit is useful, it's so great. I don't care about my dps, I focus on the toolkit and having a blast like it's an arena match haha xD
