@@duscolux7916 The fact that both sides spawn essentially within spotting distance of each other implies the convoy is already in enemy territory, or at least in a area where contact is expected.
On your sea chart you use a rule, so you plot your lines straight, with wind current and manoeuvres you may zig zag the line if there are things to take action to avoid, but on the map they could have just plotted straight lines to show the direction of the convoy, the map looks like a four year old with a crayon was let loose.
I also quit wows recently. Superships, subs and arms race in randoms just killed the fun for me. I still love your compilations, though. They remind me of good times. Thanks!

To be honest I really enjoy arms race, if there's anything that keeps me playing besides the people I divi with it would probably be that, out of WGs latest additions to the game
it never gets old seeing CVs being devstruck. I think we need more clips of subs getting full duration depth charges dropped on their heads next. Keep up the great work your efforts with this channel are appreciated.
The Condé clip with Overlord and then the Incomparable one with Chaos are just pure gold, and the editing is chef's kiss. I chuckled so much (but also curse you, Condé, bane of my existence! XD) And I gotta admit, that Flamu's standoff of Dutch cruisers was hilarious. Flambass metal voice, A+! There is a lot of amazing gems in this comp. But. let's be honest. Unsurprisingly, the editing on the Maringana clip is the best, and I don't say that because I am heavily biased. nope. Totally not. (I was laughing so hard.. XD)
They weren't deepwater torps. No line under the triangle. Many DD's and some light cruisers sit shallow and have a swept stern, where the depth of the stern of the ship curves upward as you reach the end. The fletchers are really pronounced in this feature and like the back 5th of the ship won't be hit by torps.
"Where are my male anime captains?" We have Gunzo Chihaya from ARP, and 4 of them from the Galactic Heroes collab. There they are. We also have a few female captains from the Halloween and April's fool events. "Where are my hot badass actual female captains?" They don't exist. I don't see any hot badass actual male captains, too. At least, not the "hot" part. As usual, it's all attention seeking and entitlement. Physiognomy alone tells us so, anyway. Wouldn't play the game if there was no money to make and things to complain about.

Flambass plays WoW once a week typically and took a week off due to TwitchCon. Marauders is out on limited Beta for like 5 days so that was the focus recently. Videos take time to edit and put up on RU-vid so that is a factor. Also I think RU-vid gave him issues with one recent video and he resubmitted an nearly identical video and it was uploaded.
"How broken Alaska is?" Well, dude - that's the thing. In WoWs ships are either completely broken, or pieces of junk. There is no sensible middle ground, because it was Devstriked by RNG years ago.
this clip sadly didn't show the point where he clarified that statment to mean convoy zig zagging in the spawn zone. then again, Flamu wouldn't be Flamu if he didn't find something to get salty about in this game xD
@@juncheok8579 I didn't say anything about the less zig-zaggy part being more or less realistic, only that convoys starting to zig-zag for no good reason (aka in their spawn where there is no danger) is, according to Flamu, a dumb thing. And I don't really disagree. I'd like for the convoys to travel straight and at top speed when there are no enemies around, but start to zig-zag and switch between different speeds as soon as enemies get into range.
@@clefsan honestly you can rationalise it either way. Convoy starts zig zagging to avoid long rang artillery and torpedos, but as the battle becomes more close ranges these tactics stop being effective so they forgo evasion for speed.

Afraid you are wrong. :P That would be Asashio. It has the deepest form of deep-water torps, but these ones were normal. The reason for this clip was that Kitakaze's stern is slightly lifted compared to the rest of the ship.
Wargaming cut and ran from its Russia roots but, if it didn't, all these guys would still be supporting it even if Putin dropped nukes. Europe is a strange place.
LOL keep watching that western news keeping you well informed about world events. Wows is a Ukrainian based and created company FYI not Russian hence why they left Russia and can keep keeping on.
Wargaming is a Belarussian company that also had a Ukrainian branch. And, yes, their Western branch split-off from Russia. This is not the place for political speech though guys. In my personal experience, Russia is an aggressor, but by far not all Russian people support the war. So I think it's fair to be hostile towards the regime, but let's please refrain from hate speech against the people.

@@WoWsBestMoments wargaming obviously, they need to act quick before they collapse, all my friend and I quit like a year ago and I'm the only one who plays a game every 4 months, they quit because of Subs, they were pretty good players actually and I totally understand why they left forever.
Yep, many of my clanmate quit too, but the friendships with the streamers keep me in the game still. It will not die. WoWs and WoT have enormous longevity, but yes, the devs stopped listening to us about the important stuff a long time ago. Only thing that's left is making fun of them and playing in moderation or not at all. (I should admit, they are adding cool stuff as well, but the subs, supercraps and armsrace were spoon fed to us)
@@WoWsBestMoments we have to admit that they did good stuff too but sincerely everytime I encounter a sub my life is miserable in my battleship and I can't do chit. So frustrating to play against.
@@belsteed6050 I would advise - try playing subs. That way you will know what you're playing against. A super-unicum player in a sub is disgusting, but that's true for any ship to some extent. And subs are usually not player by super-unicums, while also actually being counterable. You just need to be on the receiving end of it first, to learn how to give it to them.
In good old times, tonn of people were uploading their best replay you had to dl and watch and select and edit , nowaday you just had to follow a dozen of streamer for get material.
