WPL D42 Van Axle replacement NO WARRANTY.  

MY WPL Van didnt last ten minutes on the first charge before something went wrong. I ordered replacement parts and contacted them directly. The is no warranty. They did not want to know. I showed them some pretty bad manufacturing on their model and they admitted there were some quality control issues with my van but still no warranty or hint of a compromise was offered.
The videos that I have sent them are in my unlisted section. Please add a "yes" comment if you'd like to see them released. WPL make some rad looking scale RC cars but unless you buy directly from them thet offer ZERO support, even if you have a genuine claim. I'll keep that in mind next time I see a WPL product for sale.
