there was a leaderboard event in which you had to upgrade your drones and if you get enough points the final reward is the ochokochi i got mine from that event. that event is no longer here the only way to get ochokochi is either from a giveaway or from opening blue data pads

i haven’t played the bedwyr titan yet however the luchador is definitely much more tanky as it has a lot of resistance and the reflector ability. The bedwyr has the absorber shield that’s what makes it tanky but if you play smartly and attack the bedwyr after it’s ability you can easily kill it. I kill bedwyr very easily with my luchador
