for zone coverage, try to run hard, get in the blind spot, and if there's an open space in coverage, you can kind of "settle" into it instead of blowing right through it
Coach I have 2 topics I wanna talk to you about first one is I really wanna buy you 4 week speed program but it’s just the workouts I don’t know about I have access to a gym but I usaully go for upper body and I don’t have time. is there a way I can do the whole program at home.I have a db and and a weighted vest also Ima keep you updated if I get your program 2nd thing is will even my route running and explosion out of my breaks increase with the program
Hey coach, I feel that when I am running routes I tend to lean in the direction I am going to run, right before I go. For example if I was doing a dive release I would lean inside right before I go, is there anyway to fix/work on this? I assume it’s not good to indicate to the dbs where you are going to go before the play even starts
Yessir you’re correct that this is a bad habit- honestly I just think when you’re practicing your routes make sure you have a set line of scrimmage- don’t just run it on an open field without lines or some type of cone marker. And then double check before each rep you are set up correctly. It takes some effort and reps but ultimately easy to fix
Not this year, closest spot will be Los Angeles this year. Here is the info below www.firstdowntraining.com/service-page/los-angeles-ca-qb-wr-camp?referral=service_list_widget
